Good location good view but staff not kind not smiling not convenient. Food bad my friend get sick after à lunch at B52 Bathroom in Bungalow not clean. And more after the laundry we noticed when we were left (so too late) that all our white clothes were gone! I tried to reach the hostel by mail, facebook, téléphone never... More

We booked for four nights in advance with arrival date at 18th of August (Fullmoon Party day). We have been early on arrival and first sentence we heard was "check-in time is 2pm, your room is not ready, yet" - not a warm and friendly welcome, though! After nearly 2 hours of waiting, our room was ready for check in.... More

We checked into this hotel last week and didn't even stay one night, the hotel is nothing like the pictures on the Internet. We were due to stay in a bungalow, the doors were held together by a pad lock and didn't close properly - I would never leave my belongings in there unattended and can see why on some... More

Like most people visiting Ko Phagnan, we stayed here for our full moon party visit, with a couple nights either side of the party. Positives: - great location, the food market and numerous shops and cafes are less than a 10 min walk away. Our ride to the full moon party was only about 20 mins - The view is... More

Stayed here for 5 nights when we visited Ko Phangan for the nye full moon party. Positives: The resort is located right at the beach. The view from some of the villas and the pool/bar area is absolutely stunning. We had breaky every morning looking out at the water. The beach at which this resort is located is very isolated... On the beach of the Sentido hotel, there is a nice little bar, managed by Joe. It is a very tipical bar, which change a lot of the confort of the Sentido. The whisky is not the best of the world, but the admosphere is so tipical.

What a place!! This resort has everything. The facility itself is quite impressive... The best infinity pool along Railay beach, adorable huts with giant bathrooms, and a great location. While the resort itself was amazing, the PEOPLE that work there is what made my stay there such memorable one. The main receptionist, Pu, was such a sweetheart and helped with... More

We went two couples not for fullmoon party, looking for relaxing time. The location is good but there are better resorts along the island and much cheaper. Staff is correct, not as friendly as expected in Thailand. Swimming pool is great. The bungalow was good with nice big bed and A/C, a little bit noisy because of a daily near... More

Lovely hotel with an amazing pool and deck. Delicious food as well. The staff service was the highlight. They were all incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the trip. Recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay in Bantai.
