We had a great experience at the river sand bungalos, very quiet and close to nature. And for a really affordable price, so don't expect to see a flat screen and luxury, there is electricity, water, cooling fan, and the beds have mosquito nets. There is internet in registration area.

We arrived her for our 5 night stay and did not even last one night! The bungalows are unclean, the bedding is not washed, there were insects all over the floor. Only a small padlock on the door anyone could of stuck there hands through the 'Windows' or holes in the wall! As for the reception area it was like...

Me and a friend booked through Venere and had no problems with checking in. We came here in the February full moon party. Ban Tai is inbetween the busy suburbs so is suited for people who want to be close to the hustle and bustle without being IN it. The beach is across the road but I would recommend taking...

Honestly would not bother. This business should be shut down. She was unbelievably rude and demanded we pay cash only! (We had already paid in full via hotels combined). I was so annoyed I went back the next day and told her how wrong she was, she replied "why you come here, you stupid" utterly unprofessional. The only positive..and I...

To which receptionist hurry to say yes, as a result we canceled the other accommodations ( During the full moon party, everything is booked 1 week in advance ) 1st Night Horrible , So close to the road that every car...

Stayed here for three nights. The huts are immaculately clean and catch a nice sea breeze keeping the mozzies down. They all have good showers with decent pressure (cold) and mossie nets. Theres no facilities (pub, restaurants etc) onsite but plenty around and it means its a bit quieter and you can get a nights sleep here. The staff were...

This hotel wasn't quite what I was expecting. It pretty much feels like living in a tree house, which is all fine, but your belongings don't feel too secure. There is no glass in the windows, just wooden bars, and the floor has cracks in it (we were concerned about snakes!). However, having said that, for backpackers without many valuables...
