Rooms are very dirty. Never got cleaned in are 5 day stay, lizzards all around the room with dead bugs swashed on the wall. Bathroom is just a lean too with a plastic room and there was insects everywhere. The staff were very rude. Long 5 minute walk up a Mud path to the room. Awful.. Dont stay here.

Stayed here for full moon with a friend. We originally had 2 rooms that were appsolutly discussing dirty with insects and flies everywhere. We asked to change and we're told we could only change If we shared a bungalow which we were charged a ridiculous 4500 bhait a night for. Also the staff were unfriendly and rude. Honestly do not...

We were traveling with my friend this March. We had booked Fairyland months before our stay because of the full moon party. In pictures the place looked okay, not good but we thought it would be fine for a couple of days stay during the full moon. But NO. We were so wrong. It's not possible to reach Fairyland with...

After reading all the horror stories I was a bit worried about this hotel but if you're just looking for a place to stay for a few nights for the full moon party it's fine. I stayed in a three single bed room with two friends, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, the water came out brown and there were a...

Horrible hotel. Room was absolutely filthy. Dead bugs everywhere, insect droppings all over bed, staff very rude and con artists. Walked out after 15 minutes. We were refused our money back and had to argue for half an hour to get our deposit back that we had put down for the room key. Do yourself a favour and stay clear!

The place is a tip, i stayed here with 3 other mates and if we could have found anywhere else to stay we would have paid whatever it took to not stay here. The place needs to be bulldozed, don't expect a smile or any help from reception, it seems to be a take your money and let you fend...

We only chose this hotel for its location, but I wish that we had reconsidered beforehand. The "resort" has a lot of potential but as of date it is terrible, dirty towels and sheets! They were stained with paint, rust, and blood and even when we complained we had to make due with towels and sheets with the most minimal...

My Sister and I stayed here in August 2012 for the Full Moon Party. We had been warned that the Full Moon party often brings undesirables to the area, who are intent on robbing people who are drunk etc on the beach. However, with all horror stories there are also good times, right? We weren't going to allow this information...

Stayed 1 night with my partner inbetween peak times. Managed to get a decent room at reduced price, only problem was it turned out to be a twin. Nice flower decorations on the bed, and even though as stated the bathrooms aren't up to Western Standards, from what i've experienced on Koh Phangan in the past it was great! Powerful...

I randomly walked up to this place when I arrived. Staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful, but the place was cheap, sans mosquitos, had ac, and hot water. The guest house is up a hill, which is a pain in the heat. I found a better place the next day so I left. Oh ya, the bathroom, while reasonable/functional, was...
