Great location, very friendly staff, breakfast OK. Room was very clean. We took a Pool Access room, it's awesome if you like chilling around pools! (more a chilling pool than a swimming pool) Bathroom decoration a bit old-fashioned but still nice. Offers bagages pick-up and drop-off from Tonsai pier.

A smoke free resort with a pool and balcony for all rooms. The rooms are clean and are close enough to the locals of the island and also the party goers that come to the island. Many convenient stores are located within a 2 minute walk from the facility and also restaurants and bars.

We have stayed here on multiple trips to Phi Phi and the Palmtree never fails to deliver. The pool access rooms are the ones to get- extrememy convenient Good breakfast - friendly staff The wifi is dodgy but remember your in Thailand Highly recommended

Choosing a hotel on the Phi Phi Islands can be extremely overwhelming. We eventually chose the P.P. Palm Tree Resort and were so happy with our decision. It is the perfect location- everything is walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Would highly recommend booking here!

I'm staying at this resort right now. When we reached the pier, there's many ppl holding the sigh of the hotel name. I identified myself to the staff at the pier, he carried out luggages to the hotel, about 10 mins walk. Receptionist is friendly, check in first also. Room is sort of old, need renovation. Walk pressure is big,...

This room was very clean, quiet close and close to the pier and beach but would caution anyone swimming in the bay as there is black water effluent flowing into the bay. You are in the center of all the action night spots restaurants and shops. The pier is a short walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel...

The room was ok with direct access to a terrace and the pool. Short walk from the pier and further to the beach. Breakfast is good with egg station, yoghurt, bread, fruit. Kind staff. Value for the money.

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. No value for money. Should be avoided specially if traveling with kids. No respect for guests. We were made to pay 150 bahts for a missing plate from room which we had no clue about. It wad not highlighted at time of checkout rather we were made to pay when we came to collect...

A lovely hotel right in the middle of Phi Phi. Access to shops and restaurants straight out of hotel and only a short walk from Tonsai Pier. Rooms are clean, although the beds aren't the comfiest! We only stayed for 2 nights but it served its purpose and had hot water and a bed to sleep in. Breakfast not the...
