Great place, bungalows better than expected, lot of things to do and see,on the best beach on island
We spend 10 days in Phi phi at long beach. Bungalows were better than expected, with air conditioner, towels and every day half bottle of water per person. The head receptionist Girlie was very helpful with many issue. The place is located on the most beautiful shore of the island. However it is half an hour middle hard walk from the city. Taxi boat 100 bhat one way. They cleaned our room each day thoroughtly. One of the best experience, we hope to return.

This hotel charged our stay twice on our credit card and havent answer any of our nunerous emails requesting a refund of the additionnel charges. No hotel is worth being stolen from. Hopefully we will receive a response and a refund.

Had a choice of a long tail taxi ride, or a 30 min walk from Tonsai Pier. We opted for the later and glad we did. Lovely photos on route. This beach is clean. Water is beautifully clear, with tropical fish swimming all around you. Would recommend you bring a snorkel & mask as waters are calm here too. Lovely restaurants scattered along the beach. A few noisy long tail boats coming and going, but I guess that’s Thailand for you. Will be Coming back here again. Loved it!

I walked into reception hot and bothered, dripping with sweat, with a backpack heavier than the receptionist. The staff were professional and kind. The room was too nice for me, as I was travelling alone, the view was wonderful, the room pristine, however, something fetid dwelt in the bathroom and camped there for my whole stay - in my defence it was there before I got there. WIFI: scattered to the WI nds and slow but so what, take a look around you and put your phone down. Food: Breakfast: not the best for an awkward b'stard like me being vegan, fruit and toast was about it, one day there was baked beans - I didn't go to Thailand for baked beans but at least I had something to put on the toast. Mostly the food had animals in it, which would appeal to the majority. Lunch: no idea, was diving at the time. Dinner: Limited for a vegan but the concept of vegetarian is known but you have to emphasise 'no fish sauce' and the pad Thai will be OK but not as good as 30m further down the beach. In all honesty I wouldn't go back there on my own because I just don't need towels in the shape of elephants on my bed - nice but not for me on my own. Next time she can do the diving course too - at Blacktip SCUBA, awesome experience.…

Stayed here as couple after we stayed in the thick of it near Tonsai. Although we loved the chaos of Tonsai it was good to get away to quieter beach. It is quiet with some lovely restaurants near by all near the beach. Hotel perfectly fine with really friendly staff. Would stay again
