We chose to stay here at the end of our 2 week travels around Thailand and we were not disappointed. The bungalows are private and luxurious with comfy beds and pillows, private balconies with amazing views and tonnes of space in each bungalow. 2 basins in the massive bathrooms along with a large bathtub and shower make it all feel really quite luxurious and the secluded location means you do really feel like it’s a relaxing retreat away from the busy centre. The hotel is quite obviously only getting back on it’s feet after covid so it was really quiet when we were there, (only 4 couples staying at the hotel at the time) but plenty of staff around to help you and the daily shuttle boats to Ton Sai pier were a blessing… (it’s worth noting, they used speedboats for our stay, not longboats as per other reviews so they were even quicker than expected). The hotel breakfast was actually very good, toast, mini croissant, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, yoghurt etc and fresh juice and coffee were our main choices but the food takes a while to come. This being said, I’d likely avoid lunch and dinner there in future as the options weren’t overly impressive on arrival and took almost an hour to come (also a bit pricy). When the tide is out, the water around the hotel is super shallow so boats will struggle to drop you off etc but this does mean you can clamber over the beach to the local village next door which has a couple of shops and restaurants, although again, this has been noticeably hit by covid and was still quiet when we visited in mid July 2022. When we returned back from the local village the one evening, the hotel driver was waiting for us with the little buggy they have and dropped us to our rooms free of charge… another amazing little perk of this place. We ended up extending our stay another night because we loved the service and the relaxing feel of the place but this isn’t a hive of activity or a local and well positioned hotel for access to phi phi centre etc.

Room Tip: Remote location so good for a relaxing getaway, not ideal as a base for phi phi excursions. Quiet...

The view from this hotel was beautiful, there is probably no where like it on this island and the staff are friendly and very welcoming However that being said the resort is very very run down. Pool Area - sunbeds old plastic brown beds, decking area very worn, rusty nails, uneven surfaces. The pool itself is very nice There is no beach you need to walk around to the phi phi island resort however you cannot use the sunbeds which is a shame considering how much you pay for the hotel. The tide comes in and out all the time so the water you see on the photos is only around for say 4 hours in the afternoon. Breakfast - our table was rusty, plastic covering all coming off the table. Breakfast food was bland, had some very grey ham on offer which was avoided! However the waiter was very lovely and very welcoming Rooms - extremely hard bed, itchy bedding - belt as though they were bugs in the bed. The rooms are up very steep steps however the resort offers a bus service up to the rooms. Nice complimentary items available in room - comes sprites etc however you pay a lot for the resort anyway Shower was lovely nice hot water and powerful They do provide nice toiletries in the room too Area - the hotel is located at the other side of the island about 30 mins boat from tonsai pier. If it’s the party bit you’re looking for this is not the hotel for you. The boat from tonsai pier stops at 4pm and after that the taxi boat is minimum 1000 baht. There is a small village behind the resort however it’s difficult to get to as the only way to walk there is on the beach. Fine but when when tide comes in difficult to get back and it’s pitch black Overall it’s nice however if you’re looking for luxury I would say stay in the phi phi island village next door. This resort desperately needs work doing to it! Even if it’s just a lick of paint the resort just feels grubby and dirty

So happy to be here, the view from our villa is amazing. Today we rented a boat and went around the island and there’s no other hotel with this location. Also it’s located on pristine bay. The staff is very kind!

The staff are very helpful and pleasant and always smiling. There is so much potential at this property but it's been allowed to "fade" and has a "run down" feeling everywhere. The interior of our rooms were beautiful and very well kept but the rest of the entire property is showing a lot of wear and tear and is very weathered. Fortunately, a small local village and the Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort is next door and provided additional options. Villa 360 also provides daily shuttles via long tail boats to the main town on the island at Tonsai Pier.

This resort had to be one of the most beautiful places my partner and I had visited during our trip to Thailand overall. It was in a very beautiful place and the staff was outstanding. However, a lot could be improved upon to allow a guest to actually walk away with an overall satisfying experience. Pros; - Wonderful staff who were willing to always go the extra mile. - Beautiful accomodation (room). - Great complimentary items included in room (technically paid for in your account so..?) - Pool area and view were spectacular. Cons; - No hot water available in room. Complained multiple times to no avail. - Dining area (restaurant) had no ambience whatsoever. (Very unmatched to the "exclusive accomodation" offered. Big contrast). This restaurant has a lot to offer in terms of location, space and view, however not utilized correctly. Felt lacklustre in dining experience. - Food was bland and had no taste to it. Very disappointed. - Sky bar was disappointing aswell. Rave-type music blasted from big speaker was enough to chase us back to our room to have our own party. - Prices were overly expensive for no reason. - Hard bed. Be prepared if you were looking for a soft and luxurious bed to lie down in after a long day of activities on island. Not happening. Overall okay time. Would reccomend but at your own discretion.

Very nice hotel with a magnificent view. Perfect location for honeymooners in the middle of nowhere. U can only get there by taxi boat. My only comment is that they should stick to their boat transfer schedule: since they told us that at 1:30 pm the boat arrives for pick up and they it didn't show up until 2:30 pm.

This was not what I expected. The views from the villas are amazing HOWEVER, there was a lot missing. At night there is a lot of noise, not sure if it’s the tree branches hitting the windows and odd sounds continuously, we never slept well. The pictures shown online makes the property look better than it really is. There were lots of things that needed maintenance. I think it was great at one time but over the years it hasn’t been maintained. The restaurant hours were minimal. We were told we could snorkel and there was a market since it’s isolated. This was not as they portrayed it. You had to walk through a dark wooded area of rocks and mud to get to another hotel where the market was. The snorkeling consisted on the staff giving you a canoe and pointing where you should go. We ventured out and there was no real snorkeling where they directed us. I’ve snorkeled before. There’s suppose to be complimentary boat taxi to pier when checking out but it’s only available at 8am and 11am, it’s common knowledge the ferry leaves the pier for the mainland at 11am and 2pm, it’s only a 25-30 min boat ride. So your only other option is to pay the hotel 1000 Bahts to go at a reasonable time. Overall it was very disappointing. It is overpriced for what you get. I won’t go back.

I’m writing this review currently from the room with a centipede near the TV, a large lizard in our bathroom, a small one on the wall, and a bunch of other bugs we had to kill all over the ground. I’m honestly waiting for a monkey to come out from the closet. We have towels stuffed in every door crack. The service is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is beautiful and the view is unmatched...but it’s like they cleaned our room with the door open today. Yesterday it was not like this, tonight we are completely infested.
