Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in January. The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and the service is second to none. The boat ride to the hotel is great, you get to see the island from a wooden long-tail boat. The...More
Our fairy took little longer than expected due to weather condition. So when we arrived in Phi Phi the hotel staff with black hat says something like "commander " or "admiral" (i forgot) greeted us at the port but he was so angry the fact...More
Spent 2 nights here, as the neighbouring property was full.
Rooms are very nice, well equipped clean. Comfortable, great view of the bay.
The rooms are all on a steep hill, so you need to be fit to get around. There are cars to help...More
This place has jaw dropping views of the ocean, hotel rooms are single buildings situated on the cliff side so expect hills but it’s not as bad as previous posts make out, the hotel provides a golf buggy free service to and from rooms.
Yes, the views are very good and yes, the staff are very friendly and hardworking.

I just emailed them a few days before to let them know the day I'm arriving and the time of the ferry I'm taking. Once you arrive at Ton Sai Pier (side note: all visitors have to pay 20 Baht after arriving at Ton Sai Pier so get that ready once you get off the ferry) you will walk down this bridge and there will be lots of men standing there with hotel name signs and maps. Look for a wooden sign with the words "Villa 360" carved on it - don't pay attention to the ones written on white paper with a list of other hotel names. We didn't see him (maybe he wasn't there yet) the first time but came back down the line a few minutes later and he was there. They will make you wait until a certain time for when their boat gets a chance to get to the dock to pick up all the passengers for that time slot to the hotel (we only had 2 other people come with us). The ride will take about 30 minutes after you get on their long tail boat. I think on their website it lists their ferry pick-up/drop-off times too because I saw it somewhere before I arrived. By the way, your ferry will probably be late (mine was) and I think the locals know that so don't worry they won't leave you before you arrive at the pier.
