So dirty, paper thin walls, horrible staff, loads of steps. Looks out onto a waste water drainage pit. We got directed up there when we got to Phi Phi because we didn't have anything booked. I would literally have rather stayed outside on the street.

I have countless bad things to say about this place. the view contains an empty pit full of rubbish and junk. There is a stench at the hostel itself, possibly broken drains, that stinks of faeces and egg. The staff are unfriendly and very cold. They do not change your sheets, so considering the climate, you sleep in sweaty dirty...

Where do I start with this dump? We came to Thailand for Christmas and arrived in Phi Phi in the last days of December. In fairness we were met at the dock after getting off our boat by someone working for the hotel who grabbed our bags for us. This was lucky as it was a 10 minute walk through...

Firstly it was many steps until we got into our room, usually this isn't a problem but after night out this can be a problem! The room was boiling hot and the one fan isn't enough. I stayed in a room with my girlfriend and a friend and it was £30 a night so 1500 baht which is average for...

The rooms were very basic and small. The toilet had an open roof so the privacy wasn't all that great. The A/C worked alright but took a long time to get started. And one time our water supply went off because supposedly a monkey ripped off a water pipe. The location was an OK distance from the party&restaurant area, there...

No one met us at the pier and when we asked the locals where to go they laughed knowing about the awful walk we were about to do. We paid a man to take our bags but as we got to the bottom of a hill with stairs he said he couldn't go further. The hostel was quite literally the...

The walk there was absolutely horrendous and the staff are pretty useless and sit down and expect you to come to them. We got cooked food that looked disgusting, the English guy who runs the bar is lovely and really helpful but he is the only positive. Pool was too dirty to go in, the walk back every night was...

Before we got to koh phi phi we arranged with the hostel that they would meet us at the pier so that we knew exactly where to go. When we arrived, there was no one there. With our back packs we then had to find our way to golden hill. When we finally got there they showed us to our...

We decided to stay here as it was one of the only places in phi phi that is cheap and slightly further away from the noise of clubs and bucket drinking sproggers. This place is only 5 mins away from the main strip, although uphill so if you cba to use those calf muscles avoid. The basic 2 bed bungalow...
