One of the best hotels located in the island specially the front of one’s beautiful beaches. Staff are so friendly and facilities are amazing specially with two beautiful swimming pools !!! I’ve had the chance to experience 3 rooms at the hotel. Standard room is good, deluxe room are great and the villas with your own swimming pool are amazing!!! It’s walked distance to the best bars at the beach , so rounded with restaurants, supermarkets, shops and literally in the middle on the town , amazing!!!! Totally recommend it specially because the staff, they are so helpful and friendly! Just want to say thank you for the amazing experience and can’t wait to come back next year !!! P.s villa number 05 is the best !!!!

A group of 10 friends stayed here for two nights, and we loved it. Great location on the beach close to the nightly fire shows, bars, and restaurants. The goods were spacious, modern, and clean. A pleasant and attentive staff. The highlight was the outside pool overlooking the ocean. We spent most of the time outside by the pool, enjoying the view and having drinks.

The hotel full of cats everywhere and it’s not clean enough. The bed feels with sand and the pillows are not comfortable at all. The bed is so hard- I felt that I slept on the ground. The rooms are not quite. Very disappointing. I felt Like a hostel

We stayed 3 nights at the PP Resort, first time coming to Phi Phi. If you want to party for sure this is the right place to be, luckily at the hotel itself we had no problems of noise. The room was only cleaned after we asked for it, could have been a bit more clean in general and the bed was very hard, personally not very comfortable to sleep. The breakfast is ok, we did not try the restaurant since you can find a lot of Thai food places around. The stuff was friendly and happy to help.

The amenities of this hotel are great! They have 2 pools, each with an awesome view of Loh Dalum Bay! The rooms are designed with a stylish modern look. By being centrally located on Koh Phi Phi, it makes it easier to access other parts of the island with just a short walk! They also have a DJ at the pool on weekends with awesome Happy Hour cocktail specials! This is one of the best hotels on Koh Phi Phi hands down!

We stayed in a few different hotels/resorts while at Phi Phi, and Princess was our favorite one for this area. Location is great, you’re right on the beach but also close to all of the restaurants. It has a big pool overlooking the ocean. Good for chillin and having a drink for sunset. We stayed in one of the villas. It was clean, furnishing was good, bed was comfortable, ac was great, hot water was great. Sometimes we did get ants but the maids would come and take care of it. Staff was very nice and accommodating. And for people staying longer than a week, they are also one of the few places with their own generator. Many times during storms and stuff, power to parts of the island would go out and Princess would be one of the only spots with electricity. That was a huge plus + when staying there for a long time.

We’ve been the best hotels in Thailand, we have always been welcomed as kings. Unfortunately, here it is quite the opposite. We never seen this kind of service. The staff are not listening to their guests, the room was not made when we arrived, we had to warn them to come back to the room, the manager told me why you chose the hotel before you read the reviews. It is very sad as an organization. I do not recommend this hotel. The whole resort is disgusting, the food watch out, and again, the staff. People are laughing to you when coming in, they are not professional. Worst hotel ever.

Exceptional stay with the best service. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we had a daily maid service, providing us with fresh towels and clean bedding. The pool was clean and atmosphere was warm and friendly. At weekends they had a live DJ playing music by the pool, which everyone loved, both adults and children. The infinity pool also looks out onto the ocean. The views were breathtaking. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable, perfect if you’re a family. We had a little seating area on our balcony, which was great for relaxing after a day at the pool with views of the gardens. The grounds were kept so neat and tidy, with beautiful flowers and trees surrounding the resort. The hotel reception staff, pool staff and maids were all so helpful, and friendly. They always assisted us whenever we needed help, with transport of bags to the pier, or lending a hand with your things back to your room. An unforgettable stay. We have rebooked for Christmas and new year.

Very mediocre hotel in a very mediocre city. Do yourself a favor and just do a day trip from Phuket. Unless you’re in your early 20s with a big group then go wild on the cheap booze and experience a Florida spring break without the vibe. Hotel breakfast was sad and gave me travelers diarrhea. Cats were cute. Reception was nice. Pool was big. Easy one minute walk into town.

PP Princess is Not recommend unless your looking for a not cheap night and little sleep. As it’s location is next to the night club / bar beach area, very noisy until at least 3am. We paid extra for an enhanced beach view room with private pool. The room was in poor condition, items ether hanging off or missing from walls, the bed linen had holes in it. The bar only had single use paper cups, except for some plastic cocktail glasses. The room deposit is either 2000Bat or a passport as don’t accept credit cards, hence need to pay at time of ordering from the bar. There was a reasonable choice for breakfast (go for the freshly made omelette) unfortunately all the hot food choices were poor as all stone cold. After the night club/bars closed the supposed security staff we’re not effective as there were people in the private pools and having sex.
