We stayed for 4 nights / 3 days. We’re travelling around southern Thailand and compared to other places this didn’t live up to expectations. Service lets this hotel down completely, a few staff members are great but only a select few. Service in API restaurant is poor, slow to seat, clearing plates is non existent and taking an order took forever. This was most days and 2/3 days we were only people in restaurant due to early morning day trips. Bungalows are clean and comfortable, lighting in bathroom could be better. Drains in bathroom did smell since we came though. Both pools are lovely and look over the seafront. Stay would have been more positive if service had been a lot better.
Absolutely stunning place and amazing staff. Everything and everyone on this island are outstanding. A truly amazing place with a stunning beach. We stayed as a family of 5 in a pool villa which had breathtaking views of the ocean from our own private infinity pool. Would give this place 10 stars if I could. Stunning 😍
A wonderful stay at this luxury resort! The bungalow accommodation is immaculately clean and well equipped! The pool is fantastic with amazing views. A 2 bed family bungalow is needed for 2 adults and an older child is 15-17. Tanya at reception assisted with my upgrade of room, all my tour bookings etc etc - a sterling service thank you Tanya! A worthwhile and enjoyable stay!
The island is one of the most amazing with lovely views.enjoyed my stay here as a family. The rooms were good and the food was also fine.the only downside was my massage was booked for a day and when I went at that time I was told the time was taken by another couples massage.then booked for next day when I was leaving.
One of, if not the, best hotels we have stayed at. Everything was perfect, the views, the bungalows, the pool and beach! The staff are fantastic and friendly. Spotless resort and great breakfast. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
Didn’t live up to expectations due to issues with service. We booked onto the transfer boat through the hotel, waited an hour and a half for the boat, just to ring up and be told they hadn’t got our booking so we had to pay for a private transfer. Very frustrating and poor service Also requested details 3 times on email in advance for information about trips and were ignored Once we arrived the stay was great but shame the poor service didn’t help Service charge on drinks ordered at bar felt too steep
Explore the island on foot , best from viewpoint up the mountain through the jungle Brilliant , physically tough but rewarding , it’s so worth it On the way down we were mugged by a gang of monkeys , keep you’re eyes open 🙈
Absolutely paradise and what a end to our holiday from the minute we arrived till we departed staff amazing food fantastic and absolutely 5 stars through out our stay breakfast wow what a choice and variety and the club sandwich amazing and I would definitely recommend the Singapore sling from the cocktail menu see you all soon again next year gaz and Beki x
This place has everything to be an incredible resort but unfortunately it’s very dated and they need to get on top of the cleaning, around the resort facilities and specially in the rooms. The resort is located on a beautiful and breathtaking island, the beach is absolutely stunning also the staff are so lovely 😊 please keep up with the cleaning otherwise it will be sad to see that place going down the hill.
Spent 3 nights at Saii Phi Phi and it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. Rooms were large and spacious with all modern amenities. The activity centre has courtesy bike rentals as there are a few trails you can ride off property. They have a marine centre with a small aquarium which was interesting. Food and beverage was more than adequate with great food. The breakfast buffet didn’t miss a thing, plenty of choice. Two pools one on either side of the resort. We took a boat shuttle into Tonsai Bay town which takes about 30 minutes both ways. They had a live band at the bar every night and a gift shop where you can “MIY” various scents and oils. The Hawaiian themed musicians that greeted and saw off the passenger boats was a nice element. The village behind the resort offers extra options for dinner, excursions and nightlife. My only dissatisfaction of the stay was seeing the beauty of Lana Bay only a short bike ride from the resort ruined by the plastic, broken glass and washed up fishing gear strewn up along the beach. Not the fault of the resort obviously but the stance the resort takes on protecting the environment needs to extend pass the safety and security of its own boundaries. It’s difficult to understand why such natural beauty is ignored and left to look like a wasteland?…
