I recommend this place to anyone coming to Phi Phi. Louise, Bank and crew were so helpful and kind. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the food was excellent. I was very surprised that everything was running so well considering that the hotels on the island are struggling with the impact of Covid. A previous review last year mentioned that the reefs around the resort were not amazing, I think it's important to note that since Covid the reefs are recovering at a rate of knots. The beach was about 20 steps from the hotel and you can swim 15 meters out and be surrounded by coral reef. The hotel lent us snorkels and fins and we saw puffer and box fish, barracuda, clown fish, angel fish-it was like walking into the pages of the National Geographic. The hotel also loans canoes which were a hit with the kids. There is a big pool and smaller pools attached to the rooms. Fresh fruit every day which they pick from their property. Lots of fresh food from the garden. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and birthday gifts. So kind. Thank you Natural Resort.…
During the whole stay at the Phi Phi Natural Resort we were feeling very welcome all the time. The resort staff was ready to help by any query. Beautiful tropical garden, quite big and cozy resort area, stunning views from different points at the resort. The room was worthy of its price, housekeeping service was on a good level. We were really touched by placing roses into our room on the Valentine’s day. We also appreciated a plate of local fruit given to us every day. The food at the restaurant was testy. The beach was good with clean and blue water, but swimming depended much on high and low tides. If you are a snorkeling lover as we are we would suggest you to take a snorkeling tour around the island because the coral reef which is close to shore is very poor. We are grateful to all the resort staff for our unforgettable vacation there.…
Arrived during the Corona virus crisis which meant this was very quiet, which was a bonus to us. We arrived to a lovely fruit punch. We had a free upgrade to a beautiful bungalow overlooking the vegetation and able to see the sea. The room was comfortable and clean with lots of little extras. The infinity pool was lovely was amazing views. The food was fantastic and the service was perfect. We booked a special meal for two on the beach, which wasnt cheap but definitely worth every penny. We had our own waiter.
Excellent accommodation with a great services, staff were all helpful giving good advice for how to spend time in PhiPhi island, trip to Bamboo island was amazing, food around hotel is good, speed boat was available for hire.
It was our second stay in the hotel. And we never regret to choose it again. There are more stars hotels near but I think the location and territory of Natural resort are much better here. You feel like living in tropical garden with the beach just in front of it. The room was daily cleaned, lots of towels and good quality of all toilet things ( shampoo, shower gel, etc). The breakfast was tasty and good variety of food. Also it was a pleasant surprise that they organize Thai street food festival in the evenings ( spring ralls, pad Thai, etc.) It was real fun - tables were just on the beach, and the food prices were very cheap. Thanks a lot for our lovely stay!
