What a FANTASTIC stay. Cant wait to go back. Perfect location. I stayed in 502 ( Sea and Pool View) .The staff were always willing to assist with queries . Even had Lunch with the day tourist for only THB 200. The room was kept clean, Aircon worked well and the pool spotless and clean. They came and met us...

I stayed at this place for 3 nights during low season. It was extremely cheap for how nice the place was. The beds are comfy and the ac in the rooms are very cooling. We rented to villas and it cost us about 500 for four people. It is much more expensive during high season. Highly recommended.

We only spent one night here but it was amazing!!! Had a lovely 5 sleeper bungalow with a view of the swimming pool and sea!!! Had someone from the hotel fetch us at the pier and took us and our luggage to the hotel Breakfast was great but could have been better..the location makes up for the lack of variety...

Good location and friendly staff. One of the things you may not get is a good view however that isn't important. You're on phi phi. Go out of your appt and down the road and you'll see everything. One little thing that did pester me was signing for umbrellas any time it rained but it's understandable if they were not...

This hotel is not suitable if you want clean accommodation. Especially the bathroom is a joke. The shower is not separated from the bathroom so everything including the toilet would be soaking wet if one showered here. We checked out early not even having been here 1 hour. However, the staff did not even refund the 3 nights we had...

We arrived here and were put in a room that was just finished being renovated. No toilet paper, dusty sink and just not clean. Also there is construction going on all around the hotel at the moment. The room had a nice balcony, a fridge and was a decent size. The hotel is within walking distance to all attractions and...

Helped us out and even gave us a discount. Rooms are nice. Go for the 1910 bhat ones. The rooms arent beach facing so be prepared to compromise a little on that. Dont stay at bayview resort next door.

Stayed for 2 nights at this place. The complimentary breakfast was good and decent, but the geysers there are instant geysers and water do not get hot as well as the boiler flasks do not boil, they only heat a little bit. No telephone (not even to call room service) . The overall looks what is shown in photos are...

Stayed here for 5 nights on Phi Phi. The positives are that the staff bring your suitcases from the port as others have stated, the pool is good and they provide beach towels. It's also about a 20 min uphill walk to Long Beach further north, which is definitely worth the trip. Less enjoyable was all the building work they...
