What a lovely find!!! My family and I spent 3 lovely nights there (originally 2 but we extended an extra day). The staff was amazing and my son LOVED his first bungalow experience. At first I was worried about not being able to walk to other restaurants, but my fears were soon allayed as the restaurant’s menu is varied and everything was delicious. I ate the same bowl of delicious glass noodle soup for lunch 3 days in a row. You actually NEVER have to leave the resort. Everything you need is there and more. Enjoy!

Totally wonderful place. We didn’t wanna leave. This is for you that want to leave the hectic pulse in the centrum and enjoy the silence. 300 stars from us. Snorkel in the reef just a few steps away.

We travelled to the Phi Phi Relax beach resort at end of May and stay 8 nights .We arrived at Tonsai Pier and were met by staff from our resort who took our luggage and loaded onto the long tail boat and took us to the secluded and beautiful relax beach resort. The cabins were rustic and simple, and ours sat right on the beach and a few metres from the sea. We had a large comfortable bed with a large mosquito net. There was no air con but there was a fan that we used at night when we had the door locked. During the day, the breeze from the sea was enough to keep us cool and we did not miss the air con. There was no hot water in the shower but again, this wasn't missed at all. The beach was like something from the movies. White sand, clear water and so quiet. Since the only way to access the resort is via longtail boat, or walk - you won't hear cars or trains, planes etc. If you drag yourself away from your deck chair and book, there was snorkelling, canoes and any trips can be arranged at reception. What to say about the staff? A kinder, more thoughtful or hard working team of staff I have yet to see. Nothing was too much trouble for my party. My daughter got stung by sea urchins and the staff immediately sorted her out - bring water shoes btw. Food - A fabulous and varied menu meant we could choose something different every day lunchtime and evening. Lots of Thai food including vegetarian, plus English food. Prices were very reasonable too. The restaurant sits on the beach front . Bring mozzie spray. All in all, we had a fabulous stay here and this resort far exceeded our expectations - we cannot wait to visit again.

The most isolated and naturally beautiful resort I’ve stayed. It’s Only accessible on foot or taxi boat. Organise your transfer with the hotel as its only 350bht pp, we didn’t and it was double that. All bungalows have views of the sea, Wi-Fi , showers and flushing toilets which is amazing due to its isolation. The food and drinks were tasty and good value. All of the the staff were excellent and friendly. Special mention to Yodchai who was our barman He was very friendly and a very nice helpful guy and the lady in charge who was caring enough to put balm on my friends skin condition without request, she was a very nice lady. Will 100% stay again.

We stayed there 5 nights, great place to rest and relax at very good quality and coral reef to enjoy fantastic snorkeling. It is isolated, you can walk 1, 5 h to the city but you can also book an island tour with the hotel. Pristine and shaded beach cannot be underestimated. Restaurant is more pricey than in the main island.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the resort thumbs up to moss and nam for being so friendly and looking after us. the cabins are very traditional and quaint but as it's a eco place there is no aircon or hot water. this did not bother us in the slightest we are late 50s. The longboats to the resort where a fab way to start the stay but hard for me to get in and out off ( dodgy legs) but we had a fantastic time the restaurant and bar is very rustic but of really nice quality.

We staid for 3 nights in one of the beach bungalows right on the beach with our 2 kids (3y and 5y). The room looked very nice, with a large balcony and good beds with mosquito nets. After our long travel from Belgium this was a great place to rest. No hot water in the bathroom, but we did not miss it. The beach is beautiful. Large trees are providing enough shade for the children to play under, beach toys are available free of charge, great place to swim and snorkel. Bring water shoes. Rented a kano (very cheap) and went kanooing with the kids. Great food in the restaurant, we loved it. Staff was very friendly. How to get there? The hotel arranged the transfer for us, but you can easily do it yourself: taxi pick-up from the airport (1h) to Rassada Pier. There you can buy a ticket for a ferry to Phi Phi (1,25h). We used Phi Phi Cruiser to go (more seats so we better for kids) and Andaman Wave Master to return (little good seats so paid for an upgrade so we could sit). Arrived in Phi Phi you will find someone with a sign for the relax beach longtail taxi boat (45min).

We had mixed experience here in the resort. The food is not very good, the chef can make good fried rice and good rice soup but Tom Yam soup is not even close to the original plus they have many types of Tom Yam. Stuff was impolite in the beginning and became better after we complained. The rooms are good, rustic. I like the bed with mosquito net and the open shower. The shower is cold but outside is warm. The boat trips are great, we saw a lot of fishes, we swam with them and we even saw sharks which are very safe and beautiful. The boat sailors are very kind and polite. For the service received it was expensive but we manage to enjoy. The guys are much more polite and cheerful than the ladies, I am not sure why.
