We spent just over 2 1/2 weeks in thailand and stayed in 5 hotels, all of which were 4 or 5 star apart from this one, my partner was worried about me staying in this hotel because I'm not great with insects and like a bit of luxury but this was our favourite hands down. Check in was very easy,...

Seriously low quality for the price!!! Cons: Room was very dirty: walls were covered in dirt, looked above the mosquito netting and found a ton of mouse droppings. Money maker: charged for so much (e.g. wifi-which was painfully slow, breakfast, snorkel, water taxi) which is ridiculous considering the price per night. Staffing: Ton of children behind the bar. French manager...

This resort was fabulous, we loved it. The beach was beautiful, snorkelling very good. Beach bungalow pleasant, totally thai. Not air con though so very sticky after 6am when the fan went off. Shower curtain instead of a door between the bedroom and bathroom section so be comfortable with whoever you share with! Excellent food, fish amazing, most dishes £3-4...

This is my first review ever - I had to do it... We have booked and paid 6 nights ahead, since we have heard really good stuff about the resort online. We only stayed there 4 nights. One night we walked all the way to Tonsai and booked a room for the night and went out, since you cant get...

Just returned from staying at Phi Phi relax beach resort, and it certainly wasn't relaxing! Arrived at the pier discovering the only way of getting there is a taxi boat costing 150 baht each. We were greeted by a miserable French man and shown to a hut at the very back. You are completely sectioned off from everything. No local...

Awesome place! Very secluded, great beach. You can snorkel right there in front of your bungalow. We had a paradise beach bungalow. A little pricey for what you get. No hot water, no aircon, no electricity from 6am to 6pm, which makes it impossible to sleep later than 6 because it's so hot! The "rude" Frenchman was actually very pleasant!...

Phi Phi is already touched by western tourism, and you can feel it. this resport is nice, cheap, well situated. you can get there by boat for 150Bht or you walk from the town - approx. 40mins, but not an easy walk. place is very nice: white sand, not so many people around. electricity from 6pm till 6am, no aircon...

We booked one night at this resort, and I'm glad we didn't stay another. First of all, they make you pay for the boat, which isn't that expensive but still weird as no other hotel do that. Upon arriving at the resort, we were welcomed with cold water and the people at the front desk were nice. The ''mean/arrogant'' french...

We stayed at the Relax Beach Resort in late February 2013 in the beach front bungalows. We were originally booked to stay for 5 nights but we were so unhappy with the accommodation we left after 3 nights and lost 2 nights that we paid for. The rooms were small and hot (no air con) and no electricity after 6am....

We spent 4 nights in a front beach bungalow (the most expensive ones) in this resort in Februar 2013. As a matter of fact, and to confirm previous reviews, management is a disaster and bungalows are lacking of crucial equipment given the location: - the mosquito nets are not appropriate and damaged, - one must insist to get clean towels,...
