I was really shocked when I read the other reviews on this site, many complained about cleanliness and cost. I wonder if there are two resorts with the same name because the one I stayed at with my husband this December was great! We stayed in the garden bungalow which was charming and just a few steps further from the...

I came to relax knowing about the limited electricity and no hot water but I was expecting some basic standards (given the cost). In particular, there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom, just a shower curtain, so you hear EVERYTHING. The bungalows have big gaps between the walls and ceilings, the beds have mosquito nets but these had...

We stayed in the Paradise Bungalows recently. I have to say that overall we enjoyed our time here. We enjoyed the beach, especially the snorkeling and the very relaxed vibe. It was a very nice place to chill. Because I had read the reviews prior to booking, I went expecting the fees for the boat trip and the higher food/cocktail...

Bungalow was great - be sure to book the beach front bungalow, restaurant was poor, food was boring with no favour. much tastier food on the island however you can only eat at the resort restaurant. Service was ok but the French man running the place was rude. There is better places on the island to stay.

Just like Ko Phi Phi tere are things to love and hate about this place. The rooms are pricey for what you get (you're paying for ko phi phi and the private beach) and you get nickel and dimed when you're here. It's a 150 bht taxi service from the ferry, you need to pay for snorkel gear, you have...

As you may gather from my review title, this was the stay from hell. You arrive in Phi Phi to see a man with the hotels name written on the back of a clipboard making you aware you will need to get on the hotel boat to get to the resort, it is not until you get to the resort...

We stayed for three nights in a relax bungalow. The bungalow was large and clean with mosquito nets and a fan. All the bungalows are cold water and the electricity is only on from 6pm until about 6.30am so the rooms end up getting very hot. We had B16 which I believe is the worst bungalow in the resort, or...

I Will be as constructive as i can with this place! PHI PHI is a bit of a rip off but I will come back to PHI PHI at the end of the review. It cost us the best part of £80 a night for 2 of us to stay at Phi Phi relax beach and for that you dont...

You really really do feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Then the fact that electricity only runs from 6pm - 6am and the water's cold - you completely stop caring about what you look like and charging your phone, which may sound horrible to some but trust me it's amazing. There's lots of wildlife and the biggest butterflies...

In general, I don't know what to say about the Relax. We stayed a night there and than left to the Ressort next door at the same beach. Why? First, we booked because of the good reviews, but when we arrived it wasn't ours. We had a bungalow with fan, a better one for Thai standart, nice view. But: It...
