Worst stay in Thailand. Everything from the website offering free shuttle (they offer a call for a truck taxi) and free internet which is non existent. We paid extra for the sea view villa. 7,000bht for 2 nights. It was a villa but had no view. Everything inside from the two single beds they pushed together. Deterring building and furniture both inside and out. Many of the building facilities were closed in need of substantial repair. The pool was murky at best and had large amounts of mold growths and missing tiles. They played music at the pool from 9am until 6pm on a speaker that doesn’t work. At the end of our stay we were charge 500bht for a room key and 600 baht for a towel that had washable paint on from the full moon party. We are two working professionals from Canada. We stayed at many places in Thailand. Consider yourself warned.

When we arrived at Songkran festival, we were very glad to find a nice room next to the beach for only 1000 bath per night. Until that moment it seemed to be impossible. Well, we very happy. The room had airline, a nice center big TV and seemed to be quiet. Until the evening, when this place became a party place (every evening). It was still OK for because of the price. The pool was not really clean, so we didn't use it. When I asked for cleaning the pool, the answer was: it is clean. But actually it was green. Well, when you ask for cleaning your room, they do it. So we stayed one more night, when we discovered, that our room is full of bedbugs. I catched one and showed it to the receptionist. She gave me bug spray and at this point it was done for her. We found a lot of bedbug eggs as well and decided to leave. No discount, no friendly words, no help. I guess they won't do anything against it. Bedbugs can be everywhere, even in the best hotels, but the management should be willing to have a happy customer (we got a lot of bites) and offer a solution.

We booked us in for two night because of the OK price for a ac bungalow close to the beach. And it was a good place, of it wouldn't have been for the constant party from 7pm-3am every night. If you're looking for the place to party at on koh tao this is it, but for the two of us who wanted to watch the beautiful sunset and then sleep the night through was pretty lost here.

Just checked out of this hotel today. Stayed now for nearly 2 weeks, this was the cheapest accommodation for a private room we could find. If I had read the reviews on here I probably would of avoided the place but just proves don't always listen to the reviews. Although the rooms were very basic and very hot for the price your paying for a private room on koh Tao you can't complain. You must leave your key at reception in the morning so your room gets cleaned, something we didn't realise at first. Wifi worked perfectly in rooms best place so far I've stayed in Thailand. Private balcony perfect for doing your washing drys instantly. The worst thing about this room was it is unbearably hot 24/7 and we found it difficult to sleep some nights because of this. But what do you expect from a fan room and 30+•. Also the reception were pretty laid back we just came down every other morning and paid to stay for another night. If your just looking for a cheap place to sleep shower and leave your bags I would say go for it. Despite all the bad reviews ask to see a room first and see what you think.
