As a few others have said, management seem to be absent here; considering the amount of staff not much is going on in terms of upkeep. Gardens messy, pool and jacuzzi grubby, restaurant scruffy, breakfast awful. We are elsewhere in morning after first day. Rooms very dark, leaky AC, bathroom sink Drained onto floor, mini bar empty, teas and sugars...

I was only here for one night but had an amazing night sleep in the biggest bed! I had just come from awful accommodation so this was a godsendBathroom was good with hot shower. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't that great but a bowl of muesli and yoghurt sufficed. Would stay here again!!

Seashell resort hosted my friend and I last night for a light dinner before heavy drinking on the Koh Tao bar crawl. We enjoyed 4 delicious, succulent barbecued kebabs. All for the Hansom sum of 120THB per person. The kebabs, cooked in a sweet marinade were fittingly accompanied by baked potatoes and a small side salad. All washed down with...

Reasonably priced, not up to my standards ,leak in the air conditioner which caused us to change rooms immediately & ants. Free Breakfast covered in flies,I would have chosen another hotel due to no self service laundry . Cracks underneath door leave space for bugs to crawl in. Have to pay a deposit.

The hotel was nice, people working in recepcion is really helpful. When we arrived we were able to book all the daytrips for the stay in the island. The problem was the breakfast, because at first you think it will be amazing, because it is located on the beach, but the food was horrible, in some dishes there were ants....

Personally I would not recommend staying here unless you are diving or taking a class with seashell divers. I had to be at the dive shop early in the morning most days, so seashell resort made sense. I came in from Bangkok exhausted and sweaty. Was surprised but accepted that the cheapest room they had (even for divers) was 700...

Seashell resort is a very friendly and relaxing place. I have been diving with seashell divers and they help set it up. Accommodation is very good and staff are very friendly and helpful. I would come back here. They help strange transport from the petite to resort and laundry service, a range of accommodation choices.

Lovely hotel, the bbq dinner was amazing. Best prawns ever! Wifi in the rooms very slow but hey ho! Sunset on the beach was stunning, rooms and bathroom were spotless and very nice. Hotel pool was great just busy with divers learning in the pool s tad annoying! Lots around the hotel to do of a night, good location.

Good food at good prices. Great staff and excellent service. Right at the Sairee beach. Cool place to hang out. We were just at the restaurant and it stands right at the beach. Had a wonderful time with my friends. Had actually wanted to go to Maya beach club because of all the hype but glad we decided to eat...

Since they dont approve my bad review om booking.com, I'll give one here. Its the worst stay I have had on my 6 weeks of travels. The staff was rude, didn't answer our questions, or talked to us like we were stupid. They never smiled. We were staying in the bungalows in the village, and it was so noisy! You...
