Stayed here for a full month with my girlfriend in the one bedroom house and we absolutely loved it! The house is much bigger than the studio units and includes a large useful kitchen with everything you need. The veranda out front is fantastic for relaxing and eating outside. There are only 4 units on the whole property so even...

My boyfriend & I spent 6 days at Ban Sawainam and I could have easily spent more time there! It was a brilliant experience from start to finish, pick up & drop off to the pier is complementary and takes any stress off finding the place. The location is ideal, far enough away from the beach that the place is...

We really enjoyed our visit. We stayed in Baan Sawainam for three nights. Heather was there to meet us on our arrival and was always contactable by the phone that was left in the room for us. She ensured we had plenty of towels, water and everything else we needed including booking tours and advising us on restaurants. The pool...

We stayed for 6 nights in the Studio accomodation. PRO - the location is very quiet even if at just 10 min walk from the Sairee village. It's near the Koh Thao jungle - the air conditioning works well - the fridge in the room let you have a pleasant breakfast at morninig under the portico near the swimming pool...

Thank you for staying with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the amenities of the property like the swimming pool and cool air condition. It is helpful after spending the day in the hot Koh Tao Sun. We are sorry to hear that you did not have your room cleaned. This is very strange. We do give...

We came to Koh Tao to get our Open Water certification. We stayed at the ‘Superior AC Chalet’, which we booked thru Big Blue Diving. It was a private chalet, only a few minutes away from Big Blue and Sairee Village. On the days we weren’t diving, this was the perfect spot to get away from the crowds and to...
