A fantastic place to stay in Lampang. Great rooms with great air con and a balcony. The whole place is spotlessly clean and all the staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes walk over the bridge to 7 11 and restaurant's. Go to (aroy one baht) for stunning Thai food. Wow!! The pedestrian Street outside turns into a lovely night market on Fridays. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Over all a fantastic chilled out place to stay. No forgetting the new little cafe right outside that does amazing coffee, cakes and incredible spaghetti dishes amongst other things. They even posted our daughters toy to our next hotel 🙏

A pleasant little resort in the middle of Lampang. Limited amount of rooms, so book early. In the middle of the Friday night walking street. Excellent breakfast. Customer service was superb. Will stay again when in Lampamg.

This two structure hotel is set back in a garden setting on my favorite (& quietest) Lampang Walking Street. The entire setting is peaceful, clean, well managed. Huge fruit trees host a zillion birds and squirrels. Every room has a balcony onto a fertile, bustling but meticulously kept back garden. My room was big, comfortable and I had everything I wanted. I stayed over two weeks on & off. I cannot compliment the staff enough. My room was always cleaned with new linens every day! 24 hours someone is seated at the entrance. I always felt safe (well I do in Lampang anyway but I felt especially safe in this hotel.) The desk ladies speak English. Umbrellas and bikes are always available. Breakfast is basic but available til 10 & comes with the room. For Westerners rooms in Lampang are all inexpensive. The fact that this WONDERFUL hotel costs a little more than average is well worth it considering the quality you get.

I arrived at the hotel at 9pm, just at the closing of walking street. The hotel receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He helped us get past the traffic on walking street and get our truck parked. The entry to the resort is very quaint and comfortable. The lobby area is very relaxed and not overdone. The room was really nice. Very clean. I stayed in room A2. The view off the balcony was pleasant. The grounds keeping was very pretty. Over all, the amenities were accommodating and perfect for my stay. The price was excellent. Do not expect a five star hotel. If you are seeking that, something in the middle of town is more for you. I liked the remote location and friendly staff and the overall relaxed feeling here. I walked to a local restaurant around 930pm. So very nice and peaceful. Very clean older homes around. It just seemed like a great neighborhood. I only stayed one night, but, I would have enjoyed a longer stay.

I spend only one night at this beautiful, tranquil spot. The place has a beautiful garden. The room is a basic Lanna style but adequate with free Wi Fi. Breakfast is simple but the beauty surrounding the dining room is enchanting. I think for the price, this place is a gem hidden to be found in Lampang. I will definitely stay at this place again.

For the price, this was a decent stay. A bit far from the night market, but the resort itself was quiet and the staff was friendly. As others said, it was a bit stingy that they don't have free breakfast, but charge 100B if you want more than free coffee and snacks. But, the manager told me this when I arrived, so there weren't any surprises the next day. The maid opened our door at 10:30a, which was a bit surprising, but then she apologized, so it was all good. Overall I liked it here, if you want proper resort feel at a value price.

Charming place in the old city quarters. Quiet neighbourhood, rooms around a nice garden, adequate rooms, quite basic, but clean, with air-conditioning and good beds. Bikes for free. Nice people, good service.

Landlord: friendly but proud with their old & broken amenities. Useless! Receptionist: friendly and willing to help customers sometime. Janitors: Just like a morning call to wake you up if you won't get up around 9:00 am. This is their strategy to make us early get out of their resort, I think so. Rooms: totally clean even some amenities are broken without renovation. There is no wardrobe, just only has 4 four clothes hanger and possible some insects to be in your clothes. Curtain hanger is broken, can't proper blind. Bathroom: toilet is totally clean, very very old warm water machine with broken shower, can't adjust water shower. Toilet and the shower room is no separation. Breakfast: Very very stingy breakfast with plain taste and costly, I never met. It's enough for me but not worth it for other guys. Just only 1/2 ham, 3 small sausages, 2 fried eggs, kid salad (3 green vegetable, a few carrot, and a few cabbage), and 3 pieces (1/2 triple combination) of bake even plain jam & small butter is served. No brewed coffee, just instant coffee and 10:00 am shutdown even it's free said. Bikes: there are 5 bikes, some of them are broken such bike locker. Location: near the city with a bike even crowded cars & motobikes around there. Can't walk to the city as it's not safety said local people. Price: Unfair & Worthless!!
