Good location from Pai main strip, and nice staff at reception. The room was really nice and we felt safe there. There’s parking inside the hotel for rented bikes so they weren’t on the side of the road.
Location: walking distance to walking streets & night market. Many food stores, restaurants, banks, convenience store (7-11, Tesco, etc) around, temple, etc Breakfast (American breakfast): simple & nice Room: okay but the bathroom need to be improved (not as expectation) Things provided: hair dryer, bottle water Staff attitude: okay Price: Value for money
We booked this place via hotels.com; the information given was incorrect. it made it out to be a 3* hotel. we paid for a 3*hotel but this is a hostel. The breakfast, which we pre-paid via hotels.com was not of an acceptable standard. We had to inform them of rotten food on the display. It made us sick. We would have moved but we pre-paid and could not get our money back from hotels.com not even a discount when we highlighted the false information. This place gets it bookings from back packers walking in at paying 450 Thb per night. They put a flat screen tv in the rooms, advertise cable but only show thai channels. It advertises a restaurant but it does not have this etc. etc.
Cons: Very old hotel. Receptionists do not know any English at all. Breakfast was terrible- we got food with absolutely no drinks, not even water. Wifi worked good the first night, the rest of the nights kept disconnecting. Pros: Location - the hotels location is right next to the night market and the bus station.
Hotel is located at a main street, at the same the wooden walls transfer the traffic noise directly to the room which made sleeping unthinkable. Breakfast was poor.We moved out to another location. The hotel owner offered a room in another property which we declined.
