10 min walk to town, beautiful views and friendly staff. Comfy bed, hot shower and cafe onsite. Beautiful pool too ! Love this spot and stay every time in Pai. Close to everything yet quiet and feels like you are in the countryside!
The hotel is ok. Surroundings are really nice, but it seems the hotel is past its prime. Rooms are quite small and basic. Shower is really nice. We were told we were upgraded to a room with a better view, which was 60 instead of 45 euros. However it felt like we were in a room that should be 45 euros at mosy. It's really nice that they shuttle you to and from the city centre, but other than that the stuff isn't very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is definitely the worst we had in Thailand. Besides muesli there are no western options, only Thai food. All in all its definitely not a bad place, but it could be a lot better.
Very nice and quiet resort a few minutes outside Pai. On a walking distance from the nightmarket and surrounded by rice paddies. The rooms are clean and comfortable and with a nice seat outside. Perfect place to relax, very nice garden and great swimming pool. Free wifi available and working quite well. Breakfast is very good. Onlly remark is that the staff at the receptiondesk and breakfast room can be a bit more friendly like in all other places in Thailand.
It’s a shame about the smog hanging over Pai because without it the views from this hotel would be even more stunning! The pool is amazing, the setting is just perfect surrounding it. We stayed in a cottage overlooking the vast majority of the place! The room was great with an open air bathroom, only downside were the hundreds of ants out there. The hotel is situated probably a 20-25 min walk outside the main part of Pai, walking street etc. But the hotel offers a free taxi shuttle so you don’t need to worry about the walking if you don’t want to! Generally it was great value for money. The breakfast buffet was okay... not too much on offer and most of it was cold whenever we came down for breakfast, except when we came first thing in the morning. The staff are generally really nice, though some weren’t so welcoming. However, overall the place had a great vibe and we would probably stay again! …
After escaping Chiang Mai where we were stranded due to Storm Pabuk preventing us from flying to Koh Samui we consoled ourselves with a trip to lovely Pai. There are some stories about the trip up being a bit grim due to the twists and turns but it was fine and a very cheap trip. The hotel (really a bed and breakfast) is charming with sweet, friendly staff who will shuttle you into Pai on request (and it’s actually quite walkable anyway). Our room was basic but clean with air conditioning. Pure pleasure to sit outside with a cup of tea and listen to nothing but the birds singing. There is an unheated pool and a few beds around it. An easy stroll into Pai (about 20 minutes) and surrounded be farmland. The view into the hills overlooking the pool at breakfast is not to be missed. A little treasure and Pai is a delight. …
