Great location and value for money, walking distance to town and amazing views of Pai from the room. The only issue we had is that on Agoda it says that one of the amenities is a pool. There is no pool at the site but Tony can give you a ticket to get into a nice public pool for free which was fine!

Tony, the owner, is so friendly and helpful. Always talking to us and making sure everything was ok when we sat in the communal area. Our room was a little hut which did mean you got all the insects in but let’s say it was a good experience that made us feel at one with nature!

The most cheapest guesthouse we stayed so far (180 bath per night) or maybe we just lucky because Tony the owner told us that he changes the price base on season (high or low tourist season) Comes with free WiFi (if you’re the only guest you can request which room you want and room no.3 have good WiFi connection) No free breakfast included but hey Pai has more to offer in terms of food (from breakfast till dinner) Tony are super friendly and same goes to his friends! For sure I’ll stay here again if I’m come to Pai

What a nice guesthouse, the owner is so friendly and helpful. Futhermore the location is so nice, a beautiful view over the hills and a lake. And it's on walkable distance to the centre of Pai. We got our own bungalow for a reasonable price. Highly recommend to stay at Tony guesthouse while being in Pai.

Firstly, Tony the owner is so kind and helpful which really makes the experience that much better. With views of the mountains and the white Buddha (Wat Phra That Mae Yen) from my private room, I couldn’t resist booking for a further three days. The views were absolutely stunning. Perfect place for a hotel and the rooms were cheap at 180 Baht per night. Being on the side of a mountain outside of the main bit of the village of Pai, it was perfectly quiet at night and the breeze coming through the mosquito net on the window coupled with the fan kept me cool - sometimes too cool! No problem, the quilt is nice and warm if needed. Can hire a scooter from here, and I did. 180 baht a day for a Honda Zoomer X is more pricey than some places but the guy takes a 2,000 baht deposit and only wants a copy of your passport. I don’t like leaving my real passport as some shops may try to scam you. Plus the bike is brought to the Guesthouse and you can drop it back off at the Guesthouse when you’re done.
