We made booking this hotel via booking.com and came here late. It's near Tam Coc- Bich Dong and far away from main street. We called the telephone number as booking.com provided and the old lady welcome us, give us a paper to sign, collect ID cards and ask us about breakfast tomorrow. 4 of us should choosing the same dishes...

it's not really a resort, but a fun experience. Your room is in an ancient house. The beds are rock hard, but strangely comfortable and mind your head, since the doors are low and we tended to forget that :-) The staff is nice. Communicating with google translate works fine. The laundry service is good, car service looked expensive so...

An old traditional village set at the foot of the hill. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. The rooms are clean, with not so many comforts (the shower is quite uncomfortable, because there's no cabin so when you make a shower the bathroom gets wet!) but there is the air conditioner. There's wi-fi only in the central part of...

I had a very tough decision for this hotel and eventually I thought I was right. Yes, it was lack of 4-5 star service but come on, it was not expensive and very localize. The whole concept was bringing you back to the last century, like living in the small village with old houses, garden, country-side-style kitchen and mountain and...

Stayed one night as an overnight from Hanoi. As others have said, this is an experience not a traditional hotel. We were really glad to have stayed but not sure we would stay more than one night. The old buildings are very damp and everything covered in green moss, so lots of insects and flies...especially when eating in the only...

Its like a ghost hotel, no staff anytime anywhere. Its like an old village but they really don't take care of the houses. It needs a lot of works to be a 25 usd hotel, it should coast maximum 10usd. Matress was terrible and the breakfast is only until 9. And on the top of it, the staff didnt speak...

Very nice hotel. The grounds were beautiful, staff extremely friendly, breakfast was good, convenient location. Only downsides were that my mattress was a little hard and anytime I need to communicate with the staff, they had to run and get the youngest member of the family, but neither were deal breakers. Great value.

This hotel makes you feel like you are staying in a museum. Set as old Vietnamese houses, with replicas of servant quarters (I believe), a beautiful pagoda, pond and cave in the back, and an organic vegetable patch as well as fruit trees. Rooms are fine, and bathroom was spotless. Only three hundred meters from the launching spot of the...

This resort location only 200m far from boat landing, is the ancient village. Feeling special. Excellent value, good breakfast choices, clean room, staff friendly. Highly recommend to other travelers. Fantastic stay from star to finish. But car service of this resort is more expensive than another place :(

The rooms are in buildings which form part of an open air museum. It's an assembly of original, traditional Vietnamese houses. A very unique environment of great beauty. The rooms are basic. Compared to the extraordinary quality of materials, craftsmanship and harmony of the old houses the interior rather lacks in taste and is quite dated. Our room was a...
