We stayed two nights. The hotel looks abandoned and under staffed for his size. Quite comfortable deluxe room with a good king size bed….. Our bath tub was leaking, most of the amenities were unavailable, dirty pool and terrible breakfast. They served us the left over from the day before, even coffee;( Fruit flies all over the buffet at 6...

The first thing which impressed me about this hotel is the staff when we come to the hotel. Welcome boy and receptionist are so nice. Big lobby with a lot of sofa. Clean and warm room. Room is not big but it is ok for my family (2 adults and 2 children) Cause of winter - 12C, so we could...

Hotel has very good location. Room is spacious with nice view. However, breakfast is too poor with not-so-fresh food. Toilet does not work so well. Still, it is an okay choice for a stay in this province.

I've never been, but w it's vast empty lobbies and dimly lit floors, this hotel reminds me of North Korea. Breakfast buffet was also full of stale and old food, so you're better off hitting the streets and getting food elsewhere.

The bed was large but the room rather small so it was completely dominated by the bed. The gym was little more than an abandoned furniture store with equipment in poor condition. The changing rooms are poor as well with nowhere to actually change, just space for a quick shower. If you are staying just use the bathroom in your...

Overall, fairly average, but less good for families. Listed as good for families - but they have no cots or highchairs. Despite listing complimentary cots available on many listings. Large bed, otherwise fairly standard room with TV standard bathroom, view over a football pitch. No English language TV channels as far as I could see. Nice pool, but opening hours...

The Bar on the 18th Floor give you and well round view and romantic touch. The swimming Pool at 6th Floor is big enough to swim and not only to talk and stay. Outside...

I have been staying in The Vissai for many times since late 2013, most recent trip was back to February 2015. To me this is a so-called "ok" hotel with good facilities and nice staff as well as located close to the city center. Minus points for its breakfast and wifi connection: breakfast is a little bit boring and not...
