The rooms are clean and the bed is fine. The shower is a bit of a dissappointment because you have to held it in your hand while you are taking the shower. The start was a bit strange, we were supposed to drink some tea (which is very kind), but we haven't said our name or said that we made...

We had a great stay here and ended up booking an extra night. Our room was cleaned everyday and our towels changed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hired a scooter from the hotel and visited both Mua Caves and Tran An in a day (would definitely recommend doing this). There's a few options to choose from for...

Came here as part of the buffalo run your group for a shower and dinner before boarding the overnight bus. We really liked the food but can't comment on the accommodation. Friendly staff, run by a family.

Unfortunately, we weren't clever enough to ask in advance a pick-up from Train station when we booked a hotel. They have the pick-up service! Staff was really nice. They served tea or free fruits in the afternoons. The breakfast was good (you choose from the list your drinks and breakfast options). We booked an all-day tour with private car (27$)...

We stayed here two night after reading about this hotel in the lonely planet book. It is very well located in the center of the city. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was nice and reasonably priced. Although the breakfast isn't free, it's actually quit expensive- it was an extra 8 dollars!!

We stayed one night in ninh Binh as we had one day planned. When we arrived at the train station the staff were very helpful and we rode their motorbikes back to the hotel. We checked in, they gave us a drink and banana which was nice, one of the younger guys then talked us through the options available for...

Fantastic staff! So lovely and helpful! I left my mobile phone in the bar, and within minutes, they found it and rang my phone in my room to inform me that id left my mobile downstairs. I also intentionally left a battery pack on charge in the bar, while we went out for a meal. When I came back, it...
