Very disappointed about the hotel from the service to the quality of food, staffs, facility, garden, swimming pool. My group around 50pax stayed the resort on June 2016. There were many big mistakes during the gala dinner. We booked a gala with the seafood buffet. They just informed us there are 2 air-condition were broken &they were unable to fix... More

It is difficult to swim at the beach here because of stone. The swimming pool is good but quite deep. The food (breakfast) is average. I have been here twice with company team building but never like it.

Very disappointed, quite a shame as its a good location and clearly was formerly a good place to stay, we walked / cycled to nearby resort for food. No service, food was a joke, room (had upgraded to villa!!) was just adequate - but many mosquitos and barely functioning aircon- cueing fan worked well though. We did enjoy the frog... More

Visited last month and I had itchiness all over my body! Oily beach with floating oil everywhere ! Many hawkers forcing you to buy their dirty food! Freaking hot till got heat stroke! Need to rent chairs and umbrellas around 180k dong! Not worth it! Never gonna come back here again!

Stopped in for lunch, pending stayover. Restaurant service very poor, food expensive & served ad hoc. My main....waiting... shared entrée. .. more waiting...rice...waiting...mate's main!! After hefty bill, we wanted to rest in shade at EMPTY POOL. Abusive arrogant guard wanted 100, 000 EACH for ticket to sit in shade! We moved on. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their money here.... We wanted a nice beach getaway from Saigon for the weekend but it was a last minute trip so we did not have many hotel options left. The hotel grounds were nice enough, but our room was just okay. I found 2 dead bugs laying on the white sheets. It seemed like the room hadn't been touched in a year.... More

Although the receptionists are polite, we hate this resort much. The staff didn't welcome guests well. We had booked rooms before I checked in. But they didn't arrange any thing. We had already tranferred money for that booking. We booked 2 rooms with 1 extra bed, but they didn't prepare it. They set up the extra bed, wilted flower, welcome... More

The Long Hai Beach Resort is about two hours' drive from Ho Chi Minh and located on the east end of the beach alongside the Anoasis Resort. The location is about 15 minutes' walk to the crowded public beach on the more western end. We booked through www.tftravel.com.vn The resort itself is well groomed and lush with many plants and...
