We walk the place all surrounded very. Nice renovation. , the locations is good ! Vert easy walks to near by seaside and jetty. The staff are helping a lots they always smile! The staff attend to our questions, very willing to assist us . We will visit here again

Hotel is located near ferry terminal thus don't need to hire a taxi to drive you over. Room looks relatively new and spacious. Early check-in @ 1pm cost me IDR100K as they only allow check-in at 2pm, that i see it as inflexibility especially i am the only arriving guest at that time & they have rooms available. Breakfast not good to my liking as mostly spicy dishes. The negative point for this hotel is the way the staff handling my complaint. During my stay, the hotel was largely booked by a group of teachers and young children from a school i assumed. The problem was the kids were running around in corridor and making alot of noises and shoutings, deprived me from having an afternoon nap. This happened in the evening too and i tried to endure and accommodate. I couldn't take it anymore when they started to make noises again as early as 5am in the morning. I made a call to reception and complained. To my displeasure, the receptionist replied there was nothing he could do as he had already feedback to their teachers. What kind of ridiculous answer was that? At least he could send another staff up to remind the children to keep quiet as they are disturbing other guests. Really disappointing in the way the staff handled this issue.…

The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast was decent. However, we found it rather noisy as we could hear our neighbors whenever they closed their doors. We stayed in room 619 which had a sea view. The hotel is within walking distance from Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal. I would return here if I visited Tanjung Pinang again.

Great hotel if you need to be near the main ferry terminal in Tanjung Pinang. Only 5 minutes by foot. Convenient for those catching the early ferries. Clean and tidy hotel, cable tv and good food from the hotel restaurant. Not the cheapest but easily the best in the area.

Good service and friendly staff very clean I think more can be improved slight that wifi password be easy to login Also give fresh fruits in room if can , the mineral water can add to 1:5 litres instead Overall very Joyce stay here , the staff very friendly we like their service

Clean and spacious room with buffet breakfast. Close to ferry terminal close to sampan ferry to Senggarang. Chinese fishing village. One of the taller buildings. Can see the locality and sea view. Great seafood around the hotel. Great Otah, flower crab etc.

already stay here couple of times and always got nice services and the sky lounge foods is great and also affordable.the staff is very helpful and the hotel location is very close to the passenger harbor and some of the landmark and restaurant.

I take holiday vacation at Tanjungpinang City and chose Nite & Day Laguna Bintan Hotel to become my resting place during my holiday at here. My first impression for this hotel was the building has a unique shape. Located near with Sri Bintan Pura International Harbor (around 5 minutes by walk). The furniture in the room like new one. (I think this is a new hotel in town) All facilities was great (unfortunately, I missed to come to their E.I.G.H.T Sky Lounge) Hope to come back again in the future! Thank you. First time to stay in Nite & Day Hotel. The room is clean, tidy, AC works so well, great hospitality. The breakfast served very well, tasty. One thing that I forgot to try their menu at Eight Sky Lounge. It closed around 10 pm. The hotel located near by the port, like walking distance and easy access to local restaurants. KFC, book stores, ATM, like only 2 mins walking. Happy overall.
