I stayed for 1 night. I check in at 12PM with the one and only friendly staff named Roro. She is helpful. I enter my room, room was so dirty, full of dust, and a lot of crumbs. I request in my booking for highest room but they prepare the lowest even 1st floor. Im okay about that. The day after i take my breakfast a bit late at 9am. Food was good and tasty, the chef (i didnt remember her name, she wear black hijab) is friendly and helpful too. But i sit for almost 1 hour there. There is 3 service staffs, 1 lady and 1 guy with green uniform and 1 lady with blue uniform. They really didnt do service at all. I have some dirty plate in my table and they re busy talking in bar counter while i see some table and guest re still in their restaurant. Really bad attitude and really poor service, even when the white jacket chef arrive, they still talking in the front and ignore their guest. This is my firstime got this kind of service. Even when u cant provide the nice building or tasty food, u have u put and maintance ur service in the top level even the highest. I would like to complaint on ur staff reception Budi. Usually when I reserve a room it only cost me abt 550 thousands rupiah but this time I was charge 800 thousands rupiah + 150 thousands for early check in.. After checked in, I noticed that there was a package cost abt 475 thousands Rupiah including Trans Studio tickets. I clarified with him and asking him for help whether he can do something about it but unfortunately he told there is nothing can be done. The room price for 550 thousands Rupiah is for standard room. Honestly I felt he should offer the standard room price. My requirements was only to have LAN connection port and I was wondering too on previous stay was charged 550 thousands rupiah. My room was only ready with LAN port connection around 11.30 AM and still being charge abt 150 thousands rupiah for early check in. His services towards with the guest are not even up to standard even on my previous stay. Honestly he need to buck up on his services and show more emphatic towards his guest. With all this unpleasant experience I have decided to stay at CK Hotel or Comfort Hotel on my next reservation.…

Still one of my favorite hotel in Tanjungpinang, the friendly staff, I stayed in room 225 with nice poolside view, had excellent tasty breakfast. There were few things need to be improved such as the room curtain, Vitrase and carpet however the room was clean and great amenities. The best thing is now the hotel is just attached with Trans Studio where my family can having more fun in Tanjungpinang.

Stayed 2 weeks for business trip. located around 10-15 min drive from the airport and on the main road to the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the staffs were very helpful fulfilling our needs during our stay. Even those which were last minute requests (big shoutout to Bu Wulan, Ms. Mida, Pak Hari, and team for helping us!) Our stay required all the food to be sent to the room. The food quality are good, and one could personalized the menu accordingly as long informed beforehand. The breakfast buffet is still open with standard menus and quality. The hotel followed proper health protocol enforced in all areas to all personnel and guests, without decreasing the comfort or service standard. They even have dedicated Covid-19 prevention staffs who are well organized. The downside were the hotel building condition which starting to need maintenance, internet connection not stable sometimes, and some facilities closed due to Covid-19.…

Not a lucky day, when I was here, the Air conditioner and television were totally off, you may guess how kids responded. From check-in time until I decided to move to another hotel both of the problems were not solved. Unfortunately, they moved us at 1 am to lower class Hotel. I wonder they tried to fix all the problems but they do not inform us regularly or doing something to make our day.

Went there for a family short trip, and had a romantic dinner in our room, Food was good, service was good, room is nice and clean. Except the haunted part which i experienced my self and i dont know how to describe, it never happen to me before.
