This is not resort, there is no beach, the room was very old and dirty, when i want to call front office i just surprised, there is no phone in my room, i hope only my room, i didn't want to came this resort again, very uncomfortable and very unrecommended

The hotel is about 45 minutes away from the ferry terminal. stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Day 1- the room is great, no cable tv though but it was big and nice and with wifi. The shower area in the room is quite small but still fine. First we did was ATV. The bike was quite old and is very very hard to steer. It is not automatic so it will be very hard for those who do not know how to drive even for those who do like me. The staff there was very patient and friendly as it really took awhile for them to teach us. However it may be a combination of me being a first timer and the bike being very old that I needed to restart the ignition several times We tried fishing next. It was fun, just notice laundry bubbles and suds going in the water. We managed to catch only one fish for about an hour, it was our first time but it was fun. we tried the pool next. we waited a bit as they were currently cleaning it. When we can utilize the pool, we were shocked. We thought it was supposed to be clean because they just finished cleaning it but there was algae, dead flies, live beetles, leaves of different sorts and many others floating on the water. we lasted for only 10 minutes, took a few photos and got out. It was gross. What they said here on previous reviews about the pool was not exaggerated. For dinner, we tried to have room service. Everything on the menu were "sold out" but three items, a chicken, veggie and fried rice. We don't have a better option so we ate whatever was available. the next day we thought at least a set breakfast. the choice for main course was either fried rice, fried noodles and fried beehoon. then a choice of egg and lastly coffee or tea. the fried noodles I think was instant, I can taste the seasonings so thus the rice. it taste like fried rice with instant noodles seasoning. we stayed in the room until afternoon after which we tried to order snacks. a few minutes after we were informed all the we wanted and more were "sold out" we asked then for the hotel to drive us to a restaurant so we could it but was told they have to charge us about 200000 IDR per hr with 30% discount. I asked why should we be charged as it was not our own undoing that no food was available in a resort that is very far from outside amenities. After insisting that I talk to the manager they agreed to bring us to a place where we can eat for free. The manager though did not appear until the next day. The next day the breakfast was served at the convention center. there was a group with maybe teambuilding activities that were using the area thus we were fortunate to enjoy a 4 course buffet breakfast. The manager talked to us as we were eating and offered free car rental to take us to a place to eat for lunch as to the ferry terminal without additional fees. Surely it was worth the price we paid for as it was quite cheap however the facilities specially the pool were poorly maintained. The staff however are very friendly, helpful approachable. unfortunately I think only one person aside from the manager can speak and understand English well. this place has a lot of potential if the facilities are taken care off. Go here for a nice getaway but maybe until they clean the pool and offer enough food this place is really quite far from the city …

I have no words to express my regrets with this Hotel. This does not reflect good on Agoda as well, as you are fooling your customers to book a BAD property with false information as saying ONLY 5 MORE Villa left to book! Mind you, on the night of 2nd Feb 2014 only 2 rooms in the entire Hermes Agro Villa were occupied. We could see that in the hotel lobby during dinner and breakfast. It was literally a ghost town, even our local driver missed / drive pass the hotel at night, when sending us back to Hotel after a massage in the town.This place can win 1st prize for "Dirties hotel of the world" I did not take the pictures as i dint want to make anybody throw-out while reading this feedback. To sum-up, it is a dead property. There is no point witting to the Hotel Management as hotel staff are all aware of their BAD product but could do nothing but apologies hopelessly. They give you a feeling that this place will be closing at any day. There is no business and no quality at this place, a few unlucky travelers reach their by an accident.…

The room was spacious, but bare, toilets were not totally clean. The water that trickled out of the tap was yellow. The shower wasn't working. There is a free transport to their sister resort where we spent most of the day. Other than that, good luck trying to keep yourself entertained- am writing this review while waiting for the transport to the ferry terminal. The only saving grace was the friendly receptionist and service staff.

I stayed there with my family of 8 people altogether for 2D1N. Got it from a deal of just 100$++ for a night stay. Wasn't bringing high hope to this resort after reading the following comments but turns out, it wasn't as bad as it is being stated. For a short vacation it was alright. Cons: 1) The travelling time from ferry terminal to the resort can take up to 1 1/2 hours of car journey. The price was at 50$ SGD 2) There isn't any beach, food and sports anywhere at the surrounding of the resort. : 15min shuttle services to the beach 3) The swimming pool had some algae at the base and water spider but it was still swim-able. We still swum and played in the pool for 2hours before checking-out. Pros: 1) The services provided at the resort was great. : Reception staff do speak english only the driver don't. Communication wasn't a very major problem. 2) They gave us complimentary shuttle service to and fro the beach without having to wait. (you just have to fix the time with the reception staff) The driver drove at a very comfortable speed. 3) Paid a reasonable price for the driver to drive us down to city and have dinner. They are able to drop you by the nearby shopping centre for a stroll too! (Fix a pick-up time with the driver will do) 4) Breakfast was alright even though with limited choices. By paying 100++$ SGD, you can't ask for a 4-6 star resort service. But my family was satisfied with the service they gave us. The room was generally big and clean. We were driven up to our resort after every trip to the beach or city area. We also swap for complimentary driver to drove us back to the ferry terminal instead of city. The reception staff will plan your time for you to leave the resort. F.Y.I - My room electricity wasn't cut off in the middle of the night. - We don't really need a phone either. Reception was within walking distance of 1min only. - They can serve the food to your room once you ordered it from the reception.…

Hi All, This is the worst resort that i ever been to. Below are the points for easier reading.... 1) Bad location - No beach nearby, have to take a shuttle at limited times to go the beach 2) Room - Old, air-con not working well, limited tv programs, no phone!!!(WTH), no switch to switch off the lights???!!!! In fact, the power tripped around 1-2am, finally the lights went off.... together with the air con... 3) Dinner - Cannot make it, in fact we ordered something extra, it was horrible 4) Swimming pool - Have to walk 10-15 mins to reach. Beside an old building, swimming pool like ....... left there for so many years without maintenance. 5) Breakfast - 2-3 choices, nothing to choose from 6) Pool table - Full of dust and dirt Basically it is so terrible that if someone offers free for me, i wouldn't even considered it!!! Hard old pillows that should have been destroyed during the dark ages,, no phone in the room (2min walk to reception without cover walkway), tv and arial cables not plugged in (do it yourself to watch tv), shower rose installed for Oompa Loompa's, breakfast lacked food. I'll stop, this gives you enough to work out you should avoid at all costs. By unplugging your phone you would have a better time at home.

Breakfast Included means you have to ask the kitchen whether they want to add the empty trays. The pillows in the room has passed its due date. Good luck trying to complain cos the staff don't speak English & no phone in the room for you to reach them anyway. HORRIBLE!

Most of hotel staff can't speck English. No doubt room is spacious but surrounding was terrible...no phone in the room. If we need to check thing or need room service, we got to go to the lobby to check with recept. Food is terrible and limited item available. swimming worst...very very dirty. You really turn off when you see the swimming pool. Very run down resort and if you wanna play water sport, u need to take shuttle to another resort. No convenience shop there too...basically its dead town !!!!
