Good location, near north section of Ramon crater. Good service. Heated swimming pool. Suite is only a little larger than normal rooms, but convenient to have a separate space to work. Breakfast is quite complete.

We had a very spacious unit, appropriately priced, with a "parents' " bedroom with a queen bed and a "kids' " bedroom with 2 single beds along with the separate living room/kitchen. We were there in the off-season and weren't loving the restaurant options even over in the "spice quarter" where there's some effort to make an eating/shopping destination --...

The people at the restaurant are really trying to please the guests. Biggest problem, no elevator, had to carry our suitcases up and downstairs!!! It's an ok hotel. Unfortunately, can't recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself seems to be a renovated old residential building. The rooms are small apartments, which is comfy. We had the garden suite which was worth the small gap in price. There is no garden though, only a balcony facing the street. There are so many activities in the area and the hotel booked a bunch of them for...

Do not go there. Too many things wrong with place. 1. Swimming pool closed many of the limited hours listed. We never got in. 2. Our room far away from reception, dining room. No elevator. Had to lug luggage up 2 flights of stairs. (Thank goodness I did not have a room on the 4th floor). No light in stairway....

This is a no frills hotel that ticks all the boxes. We stayed in a mini-suite. It was warm, comfortable and had a kitchenette and ample cupboard space. It even had a heater and towel hooks in the bathroom, features I've often found lacking in fancier places, although lacked a hairdryer. The room was clean and well-maintained. A very nice...

This is a nice hotel and very well situated, only a block away from the famous crater. For those lugging large suitcases, there are no elevators, so expect some stairs. There was not much in the way of amenities, and it is necessary to go to the front desk and pay if you want milk for coffee/tea. The staff was...

Clean. Great location. Helpful staff. Very pleasant stay. I appreciated having the hot water turned on before we arrived. Breakfast was awesome. I loved the location, we were able to walk to the edge of the crater within minutes and drive to the visitor center very quickly. Recommendations by the staff were appreciated and worked out well. The evening we...
