Detailed Reviews
An excellent hotel. Always clean, no smoking and quiet. I enjoyed my 7 nights stay to the maximum. The only thing that needs improvement is TV reception. Many times the signal just goes out. Sometimes I could get it back by just simply pressing the OK button, but many times not, the stations remaining unavailable for quite some time. Always fresh bottled water (at least 2 at a time, but there were moments when I was furnished 4.)
Located adjacent to a quite sizable mall, there are plenty of placed to eat and one can take just about any bus to Tel Aviv or some other direction. Older neighborhoods also are at a walking distance with their picturesque streets with Bauhaus villas from the 1920s, '30s and '40s.
The hotel is situated in an ultra-modern neighborhood with great high rises, residential as well as business, as well as the future large metro rail system under construction.
In a word, it is a place where I'll definitely come back to. John.

We went with 3 grandkids and their parents and got an adjoining room with a small hall enclosed with a front door between our two rooms. Not super large rooms with three beds that we needed in each and a crib in the larger room but enough space. The staff at the front desk was great. The breakfast wasn't over the top but it had everything we could want. The pool is small but no one was really using it so it was fun for the little kids. It's a one meter deep square pool that's about 6M by 6M. When they made up our rooms, they even left an additional 3 water bottles in our rooms and gave us chocolate when we came.
The hotel parking was convenient and indoors and at half price through the hotel (25 nis/day).
The hotel is connected to the Ofer Mall and we ate and shopped there a couple of times during our three day stay. We also walked to the Ramat Gan Zoo and the great children's museum across the street from the Zoo.
The hotel is really a business hotel and therefore even during this summer vacation time, there were no other kids to be seen. Only my grandchildren were making noise!

This review is overdue. We first stayed a few days in this hotel 3 years ago, and we thought it was just perfect. We returned again in mid February and due to unforeseen circumstances stayed several weeks. Nothing is completely perfect when you stay that long, but this hotel comes close for several reasons.
First, the hotel itself has everything that one wishes for. Spacious rooms, big windows, comfortable beds, half wall mirrors, plenty of storage space, many sockets and spot lights (just where you need them) - and even a kettle and a fridge.
The bathroom is equally comfortable, with non-slip ceramic tiles, wonderful shower room, enough space to put toiletries and hang clothes. In fact, if I thought long and hard to find a minus point it would be that the hooks could be slightly longer..
The hotel features a wonderful buffet breakfast, and has a long and a swimming pool which we didn’t use this time, but enjoyed in our previous trip.
Second, the location is brilliant. It is just on the outskirts of a town, but is convenient drive to the airport, the train station (to Tel Aviv, the north and the south of the country) is 10 min. walk. As well, there are frequent buses to Tel Aviv, a few minutes away. Finally, the tram that is about to launch at the end of the year (we saw some of its trial runs) will complete the range of travel options to Tel Aviv. Currently it takes about 20 minutes to travel to Tel Aviv by train, and about 35 minutes by bus.
Just next door there is a shopping mall with many shops and restaurants, and in the shopping district a few minute walk away there are many restaurants for every budget. Last but not least, it is bordering on a beautiful ecological park complete with ducks, golden fishes, birds and water lilies, plus an activity park for children and the young at heart, and picnic tables.
Finally, as we know things don’t always go to plan. From my experience as a consumer the quality of any institution or service provider is judged by how attentive they are to clients, and how good at problem solving. On this point, the staff went the extra mile to sort any issue, with a smile, and special marks are due to Doron and Tamar. Doron was a class act!
So, all in all, a highly recommended hotel.

I was staying in Prima link (Pitah tiwa) during the period 30th November 2019 till 20th Dec'2019 . Choose to stay here again after my earlier visit in the month of feb-march last year because of the excellent professional service, helpful staff, personalised breakfast.
I found the breakfast buffet to be outstanding, one amongst the best so far experienced by me (especially given that I am an Indian vegetarian).
My special thanks to your lovely hospitable staff (especially Daniel (food and beverage manager), Adi, Gal, Inna, Shmuel, Inbal and Doron (guest relations manager) at the breakfast tables, business lounge and last but not the least Ms. Margarita from house keeping staff.
The rooms were spic and span.
I found the service excellent despite the rush and many customers at this hotel. One grudge was that I had carefully preserved the shampoos, bathing liquid for their lovely aroma to be carried back home to India but due to space constraint had to leave them at the hotel.
I enjoyed the breakfast every day and the variety in food available and setting the breakfast for me specially as per my personal choice. The service was prompt and facilities at the hotel were excellent.
I take this opportunity and thank Prima link in making my stay comfortable and pleasant.
Thank You!.
Regards,
Roshani

Not the first time that we stayed at this hotel. However, in December, we stayed for a month. I worked every morning in the business lounge. Internet access, fabulous! Sufficient space to spread out. Business chairs for comfort...lots of coffee and juice throughout the day. The morning janitor knew how I like my "work" table set up and he prepared it for me daily.
Breakfast spread outstanding. Also, very accommodating with my morning coffee routine (while working).
Tamar, the manager, was simply amazing. You can tell that she runs a great hotel because her entire staff are happy and have been there for a long time.

After a disastrous event at the airport, I arrived at this hotel at 3.45 a.m tired, and distressed. I was met at reception by Niv who couldn't have been more helpful and kind. He also went to the trouble of finding me a charging lead for my phone. I found my room very clean and comfortable, with complementary chocolates, water, fridge , and tea/coffee making facilities. It couldn't be faulted - the shower was perfect.
Coming down for breakfast the next day the staff couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. Edward and Danelle went above and beyond to help me out; they printed a new boarding card for me and arranged transport back to the airport later that day.
My breakfast was delicious and fresh. I didn't get chance to view any of the hotel's other facilities, but if I need to stay in the Tel Aviv area again I would definitely stay here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great hotel.

Excellent ambiance. Business Centre on Top floor was very well suited for Business appointments including light refreshments.
Very courteous and helpful helpful staff EVERYWHERE incl. Housekeeping, Front Office & Restaurant.
Rooms were large , airy & clean. Would , however, suggest more supply of “free” bottles of drinking water !
Morning Buffet Breakfast is extensive with. A huge range of Continental items including Israeli delicacies.
A good quiet location just outside TLV.
A HAPPY place 👏👏👏 Strongly recommend.

This hotel is fine. It’s clean and functional.
Rooms are a nice size and free water always a nice touch.
Staff are friendly so no issues there.
However the hotel has higher ratings than some incredible hotels which is odd.
It’s not terrible at all, it’s fine. Is it a top 100 hotel, no.
My only real criticism would be the breakfast is a little strange but perhaps aimed at the home market rather than foreign visitors.

Great modern hotel with very friendly service. My flight arrived early and they allowed me to check in early. I really appreciated that.
Everyone there was so friendly. This will be my first hotel choice, the next time I come to Tel Aviv.
There is also a mall next door, easily connected through the parking garage on the 4th floor. They have a lounge on the 18th floor which is open from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm with an all you can eat buffet. It came with my room.
The breakfast buffet is on the first floor. It was 100 shekel person (about $25).

Hey bud, I don't want to answer the question incorrectly....I stayed in an executive room, the executive room I was in was a higher floor and I had access to the business lounge on the top floor and unlimited beer and a small snack buffet was included in the executive room price. truth is I am not sure the difference between deluxe and premium but I assume, deluxe is the regular room, premium is either slightly larger or at the very least a room facing tel Aviv ( facing east ) ...
My suggestion is call them...they are wonderful people and super professional..they will have an answer for you... And you can mention to eytan ( general manger ) and Tamara ( customer service manager ) that we chatted..they now me by name.. One other thing...i stayed in room 1712. It was a corner room that is bigger than other rooms and has unobstructed views of east, south and west...on the executive floor but they might have it on other floors.
Dell, if you do decide or have already decided to stay at prima link, feel free to message me and I will email eytan and Tamara informing them to expect an "associate" ...
Be well and safe travels.
Amit
