We stayed here this week in the midst of a wonderful desert. The tour with Mr Ali was great and absolutely necessary to understand the dimensions and beauty of this part of Jordan. We were not part of a group and had booked a VIP tent because it had a toilet. There was no light in the bathroom. The oud...

I liked this place! The folks were nice, the rooms were well-appointed, the buffet meals were good and everything was clean and well-maintained. The electrical generator goes off at set times, so you have to be prepared! But all in all, this lodging is a great place for launching out into phenomenal desert activities.

We were surprisingly disappointed as our travel advisor did a great job for us over our time in Jordon. Perhaps our expectations were unfairly high. Having done over 400 Trip Advisor reviews i really prefer to point to good items and ignore small misses. However, this gets a low 3 from me for the following reasons: Pros: 1) We booked...

This was my high light after two weeks in Middle East. Wadi Rum is an amazing place. The desert camp is excellent with some of most breathtaking views. The staff are friendly the tents are perfect. The highlight is the dinner cooked in the ground Bedouin style We loved exploring this area, maybe two nights is better than our one night....

My wife and I stayed her for a night & loved the experience. Just after one crosses the Disi village on Wadi Rum road, off the desert highway is Rahayeb's parking lot. We reached there easily with the directions given by the management over email & a helpful Bedouin guy we met at the visitor centre. We were quickly picked...

Also, even though we had reservations for Rahayeb Desert Camp, they put us up in another camp, which does not have as good facilities. This was not nice. The location is nice. The facilities are very basic. The tents have attached bathrooms. They have a solar water heater, however, the hot water did not reach our room. There is no...

Wadi Rum was great. the views, the harsh climate, the biting cold and the sunset will leave an impression on you. but it is best to return to Aqaba or Petra after the visit. The camp does not have heating and the facilities are basic. My daughter wanted to stay in a bedouine camp and so we stayed.

I stayed here for one night in early January as part of a tour. Our small group plus one couple were the only ones staying here so we had quite the VIP treatment. We had the tents with the en suite bathrooms which was nice however I didn't end up taking a shower because it was so FRIGGIN" COLD!!! To...

Having lived in Jordan for two years I visited this camp five times. Every time it was brilliant and the staff more than friendly. Definitely worth visiting - great food and camp fire experience under the stars, highly recommended.
