We stopped here for a cup of coffee and the decor is quite outdated and there appears to have been very little maintenance done on the property. The coffee was good, service was average. At the moment, it is quite dry in Nyeri so the grounds are not as green and lush as they used to be.

The rooms are very big, typical old colonial style. However the rooms need to be upgraded. the bathrooms also need to be done up. The gardens have been kept exceptionally well. Also the view of the surroundings is beautiful, very pleasant view from the bedrooms. if the rooms are done up it will be a beautiful place to stay. the...

We were 2 families occupying 2 out of the 3 cottages. The bathroom had a nasty shower curtain that looked like it had been left in dirty water for too long, the bedrooms had a gaps in the doors and windows - I suspect they're the original windows - and that's. It a complement! The manager Wallace was by far...

Everything in this old hotel screams colonial style, from the wood interiors to the chimney in the room that you can ask the staff to light up to keep warm at night. Decent breakfast and well kept grounds.

What an amazing place with beautiful grounds, maintained lawns and stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Boy Scout founder Sir Baden Powell lived here the last years of his life and we wanted to see where he lived. The part of the cottage he lived with his wife Olave who was the World Chief Guide is a...

The lady at the reception doesn't listen with interest. We told her the reason of visiting but we doubt she even heard... Because no action was taken. We headed for lunch, which was nothing to write home about really. The pan fried fish fillets were not fully cooked and soggy. Customer service at this facility is the worst we've experienced...

We only stopped here for lunch so can only review the food. There was a great selection of food to pick off the menu and cooked to order. I had beef which was delicious! I had the fruits for pudding, I'd never had a tree tomato before it was amazing, just like a tropical fruit, don't eat the skin. The...

My wife and I came to Out spandex to enjoy a day of fun and tennis. We walked into the tennis court to find the most run down tennis court we have ever seen. The court surface was very bad It has so many holes that the ball would go in any direction after hitting the pavement. I strongly recommend,...
