D’ Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence is strategically located in the heart of Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. The Hotel is accessible via the North-South Expressway and is about an hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. It has 308 fully furnished rooms including luxury rooms with sea views over the Straits of Malacca. It also has superb meeting rooms making the hotel a main destination for business with the incredible sea views and town views. D’ Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence is the perfect choice for both business and leisure which provides the best service in hospitality.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The hotel was located in an area where there wasn't much, except for a Starbucks, MacDonalds and Kenny Rogers across the street. There were some food trucks along the beach but nothing much. You can't swim in the sea here as well, as it is not a sandy beach. The building itself is not really an hotel, but more of a residence / condominium. There is a supermarket about 5 mins walk away, but nothing else in the area.
The room was big and spacious but had windows facing the corridors so we had to put the blinds down. There was only one toilet & bath for a 4 person room. While the room faced the sea, the view was obstructed by a muddy slump right. Basic amenities such as towels, fridge and water are provided. The lifts take a long time to come, though.
It was a disappointment going to Port Dickson as there was not much to do except to go to the beach in the central part. The restaurants in the area were overpriced and it's basically a dead town.

This place was really convenient, well equipped and comfy. We had no complaints. The staff were very friendly and accommodated all our requests, which included a room change/upgrade. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and food at breakfast quite tasty. I'd stay away from the private beach though. It wasn't very clean to swim or play at. Much better beaches further down the coast.

Good view from the room. Cleanliness was reasonable. We booked the place during peak season - so it was a little pricey comparatively. The housekeeping was helpful to clean our toilet again when pointed out to them that it was not well maintained as we expected. It has a private small beach area. Otherwise, it is close to the other parts of the seafront in town. It was pleasant just to walk around and enjoy the breeze from the sea.

Great Location. Stone throw away from waterfront, F&Bs (McD, Kenny Rogers, Starbucks, cafe, Kopitiam), supermarket and food struck night market. Great view from balcony, seeing beach & oil refinery. Free parking. Cons - My room was a studio type of a dual-key unit. All the aircond compressors were fixed at my balcony. Noise at night.

I always want to stay at this hotel since last year. The room is clean and has a balcony facing the sea and also the town. I wish a chair and table could be provided at the balcony so that we can sit and enjoy the view while sipping a drink

Got a studio room in the residency. The room was beautiful with a great view of the sea, no regrets with the room. Beautiful swimming pool. The gym is huge and adequately equipped even with a smith machine which is rare in most hotels. I was even surprised that there is a little private beach area. However, the management of the appartment is poor and the place poorly managed. The gym was dirty, the parking lots was not well lit, the walk ways is dirty.

I was so disappointed with the hotel room condition. I booked a superior twin room. Staying with my 3y/o son for 2D1N. The toilet bowl was so dirty and the shower area smells like urine. The wall of the room was dirty. Stained wall. The Aircond wasn’t functioning well. I requested to change the room. Same condition. Stained wall and the Aircond wasn’t working properly as well but better than previous room. Totally not worth the price. I paid for RM200++ for this room but it was like staying at RM80++ motel. However the staff were very attentive and helpful. But I’m sorry to say, I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone although the location is strategic.

the hotel was great, have a very nice see view. Although the breakfast spread was very limited. A little disappointing because the swimming pool was not clear, could not really see anything underwater other than your feet and it looks like it have not been clean for some time. i liked the air conditioner it was very cozy and cool. Overall i think my stay at d'wharf was worth my time.

This is a mid range accomodation in the lesser hectic part of Port Dickson town. Not much activity can be found around this area except, some nite activities near the Mcdonalds and Starbucks area. Oh we stumbled upon a nite garage/car boot sales near the roundabound near to this place.. Which is quite interesting as we can see locals trade many items like clothing, plants, antiques and figurines.
The hotel is fairy new. The overall facade looked grand to me. It is a serviced residence with few type of rooms. The staffs are polite and courteous. Ours was the smallest soho 1 bedded type. The size is small but it comes with balcony. The wifi is good and bed is comfortable but i wish they provide wipes away cloth for the bathroom. It is so inconvenience after bath as there is no means to ensure the floor is not wet.
Overall, other facility is ok. They have big and welcoming swimming pools but unfortunately, the hotel doesnt observe the basic pool and gym usage rules for its guests. You will see locals swim in full clothes, naked babies and children with no swimming attire happily swimming and making so much noise. They also tend to abuse the gym with their soaking wet clothes as there were no staff around to monitor. On another note, If u wish to cycle around the area, you can rent their mountain bike with some charges.
Fortunately, The breakfast spead is above average and we enjoyed their pastries and nasi lemak with good gravy very much. The mee goreng is good too and so does the coffee.
My only major complain that i wish the management can improve is on the overall cleanliness of their facilities (besides the room). The corridor near the restaurant and near the pool have lots of small rubbish and from my Observation, the mopping and wiping do not take place regularly. The cleanliness inside of the restaurant is below average and the floor and table and chairs is seemed not daily sanitized.
Overall, i still can recommend this place for locals to bring their family and enjoy their bigger rooms. But for discerning travallers, this is not your territory. Please avoid.

Stayed overnight with my wife and the Hotel Rooms overlook the PD Waterfront Shopping area with the sea to the side. We has a nice double room which was comfortable and well furnished. There is a large pool which was very nice and looks over the seafront. There is also an excellent gym which we tried and enjoyed as it is well stocked with equipment. Only a few TV channels in Malay and Chinese, no English.
The Hotel is still being completed and there is no food outlets in the Hotel and the builders still on site but I heard no noise or drilling which was a relief. Happily there are a number of food outlets within a short walk, from Mc D's and Kenny Rodgers to Chinese, Korean and other restaurants, so plenty of choice.
The room was good but let down by a heavily soiled toilet in the shower, please see photographs attached. Not the type that can be washed off and needs replacing. Disappointing as we must have been one of the first people to book the room and a toilet should not have been let in that condition in a new luxury Hotel. Photo peaks for itself. We may return in a few months when the Hotel is fully functional.

Hi ritha c, yes.. we have 3 separate pool which are 1 adult pool and 2 children pool. there are 4 feet for adult, 2 feet for children and another one is 1.5 feet for children
