I stayed in their balcony suite. The room is clean and spacious equipped with water dispenser and air purifier. Nice.
However the location leaves much to be desired. Near pubs/cafe that operate well into the night. Music , loud chatting and laughter went on right til past midnight. Sleep was elusive.
There were also a lot of bikers, at times revving their engines quite loudly.
Most times can’t find parking as the place is always crowded.
Gotto drive a long distance to find a nice beach.

The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful... and the most important part is, the room and bed are very comfortable to sleep. Location of the hotel is near to town area, and is just right beside the sea. However the only con is that this is not the beach for tourists to play at but only a seaside for people to fish. Luckily there are nice sea view, and also attractive cafes to spend time at.

The Hotel is located near the beach.
At the same time, it is very near to Macdonalds, Pizza Hut, Shopping Centre, Restaurant and etc... In short, no problems at all for finding food...
The only minus point is that, the rooms doesn't have mini fridge and to Acces to the rooms, u got to go up the stairs.
For those wheelchair base guest, it will be a problem otherwise it's the best hotel so far in Port Dickson...
Cheers!

The moment I arrived, there's about 4-5 people at the counter. Quite lot for a small counter. They asked me if I have made any reservations. I said yes. They checked for any kind of form related to reservations. They cannot find it. I gave them my reservations number. They checked for it and I'm still standing at the counter with my luggage. After quite a moment they asked me when do I fill up my reservations. I said its on 24 June. After a few minute, there's this one guy, Indian guy I think said that I do make a reservations, but its on 24 June 2013. I asked him how can I make reservations within 24-hours? He said that he don't know and all he know is telling me that I put the date wrongly and I told him that I already double check my reservations. There's must be a technical problems. But he still arguing with me. What a 'good and welcoming' invitation into your hotel. After finished arguing with me, he said that I'm lucky because they got an empty room for me. He asked me to fill up the hotel form and calling me 'bro'. I'm not your bro. You're dark and I'm brown. What a rude worker. After fill up the hotel form, they asked me to pay for the hotel room plus 50 deposit. I said to them can I pay the deposit first? They would not allowed it. I said I've got no cash right at that moment because I've never paid for my hotel room at the time of my arrival. Seriously, after wasting my time to get the hotel card, I felt really glad. They should totally fired that Indian guy. But my worst situation does not ends there. That same guy worsening my vacation on the next day. After I've checked out, I asked for his help to call a cab for me. Without trying to make any call he said that cab will not take us to the nearest bus station because it was too near to their hotel. In this kind of weather I challenge you to go to the bus station. Walking! I can guarantee that it will be the most 'perfect moment' of your life time. Seriously if you want to go for any type of vacation, do not choose this hotel. The room was great, the interior was totally look nice but its totally not sound-proof. You can hear what kind of channel the next room was viewing. If want to make sure your vacation in the best condition do not check-into this hotel, if you still insist, try avoiding this Indian guy. He's wearing glasses and will try to speak English with you for the first time and after a few moment he will speak Malay after he realised his English was so bad and make him embarrassed.

I've checked into this hotel on 24/5/14 for a 1 night stay.. We paid RM$173 a night for a hotel that worse than a motel stay!! This hotel no lift!! along the walkway to the room you can see towels just throwing everywhere!! they only provide 1 card per room!! aircond in the room not cold!! no soundproof at all!! So noisy at night!! No bottle water at all!! No tissue paper at all!! tv channel is sucks!! Afterall this wasn't sick enough!! The most horrible thing was the next morning when we woke up the tap and the shower in the toilet totally no water!!!! I inform them about it and then they send a !!foreign!! worker came up to check.. After more than 30min the foreign guy came in out the room I was told that the room had some problem with the piping!! The next moment the phone rang it was from the receptionist and to my surprise she asked us to take shower in another room!!!! My goodness!!! What the hell on earth we have such a hotel in this country!! Never in my life I've written a comment like this to complaint about things that happen to me before!! But this is just too horrible!!

The title 'Waterfront Boutique hotel' is technically perhaps correct, but that's about all. The hotel is indeed at the waterfront, but no beach, no swimming. Only a small walkway ending in a tiny park. Boutique is even more strange: the place has no boutique character, nothing special. It is typically midrange, which is a relief after travelling through the country with mostly rundown or basic accomodations, even in touristy centers. The reception staff acted totally indifferent whether we were there as guests or not. The international credit card (Mastercard or Visa) was not OK'd. Later it turned out that they can only accept Malaysia only Mastercards. Did not know such a thing existed. So be prepared to pay in cash (a few doors down are ATM's). The hotel is divided in two sections, connected by an outside bridge. It can then be quite a walk to the room if you are staying in the 2nd section. There are no elevators and a lot of steps. So if you are travelling with heavy luggage, or if you have dfficulty walking, beware. No porter service. The room was surprisingly spacious, with a pleasant bathroom with rain shower. Also the room could be darkened from daylight quite well. But no soaps, simple towels. No breakfast option, no pool. Airconditioning worked well. Tel and tv available, but little choice for tv, no western channels (except BBC world). The hotel is on a strip with plenty of restaurants, so choice enough. Next door is a pleasant steamboat restaurant. Behind the hotel more shops can be found, among which a supermarket, which is fun to go to and see the way of displaying.
Parking is no problem around the hotel. Beds are good enough and clean.
If the staff would have been more interested, helpful, it might have a higher score.
The wifi is available but of poor quality. This has not to do with the hotel, but with the general connection in this part of town: erratic connectivity.

We stayed at Executive Triplet and it was really spacious! It was a comfortable stay for us (my hubby & 2 girls). The room faces the sea (but no sandy beach & sea is not for swimming) - it comes with 1 king bed and 1 single bed, but no fridge. The hotel is built on a 2 storey property and had about 50 rooms. No lift but the stairs up are quite wide and is carpeted, so it's ok.

Do note that this is a no frills hotel hence there no facilities such as swimming pool nor gym nor it's own cafe (yet, as they are currently setting one up). No issues finding food at all as there's plenty of eateries located on the same stretch and around! You can find McD, Domino's, Pappa Rich, Pizza Hut, 7-Eleven, Kenny Rogers, Starbucks and many more at a walking distance.

There is a TF value mart just across (like Giant) and a shopping mall further up (Oceanic shopping mall). There was a funfair which just within 5 min walking distance - my kids had fun there but were quite pricey i.e. RM4 for each ride.

We had a satisfying stay given the reasonable price - however like how others had pointed out, there is indeed an issue with the soundproof of the rooms. And there is a bar below next door and being a Saturday night, they had loud music blasting away until 2.30am! It's terrible for a light sleeper like me, luckily my kids & hubby manage to sleep through it. Will come back but will definitely request for a room away from the bar when we do!

Its a no frill hotel with a great location. Hence the hotel is cheap. Rooms are big and spacious. Toilets are small but clean.
Since it is in a shopping area all shops and bar/restaurants are adjoining. The area is great.

It was a double storey shoplot type of hotel. Spent some time to reach this hotel in Waze (GPS app) due to wrong destination and info.

The hotel facing to the west, quite warm during sunset. Facing beach view but not suitable for swimming.

The room have no fridge, 1 room card provided, no hair dryer, 1 roll of toilet paper as tissue paper, limited towel, limited pillow.

Air-con was weak, worked like fan. Only the lobby was cool. Felt warm again once i step into the hallway.

Poor tv programs, provided only local channels.

Good things is it surrounded with bars, restaurants, convenient store and mart.

It was a terrible hotel especially the rude receptionist. We found this hotel in Waze (GPS app) but it lead us to the wrong destination. The receptionist is not well trained, she just answer dunno when we called for asking the location.

The room got no fridge, no spare room card provided, no hair dryer, treated toilet paper as tissue paper, no hand towel, smelly pillow, only 1 pillow for a person. Although set the air-con temperature at 16 degree Celsius, still feeling hot. No place and pool for swimming!!!

The most terrible was no water when we woke up in the next morning!!!! The technician came to solve it for twice, but failed. Then he advice us use the next room toilet. So disappointed to be treated badly!

Rate for staying this lousy hotel is very unreasonable! RM 170++, totally not worth it!

Not right in front of the hotel but a short walk away would bring you to a section that is suitable for a swim.
