We went to the hotel purely for the in-room spa bath tub.
This option only available in the Honeymoon Suite and the have two rooms.

We arrived there rather early (an hour) unlike most hotels, even if you arrived early, they will check you in.
but for this one, we have to wait for it it to be cleaned.at first, I'm rather impatient, but when we think of the causes on why this happen.I finally understood that:
1) There are only two Honeymoon Suite, and both are occupied the time we arrived, it need to be cleaned.
2) The have to really prepare the room for it to be in Honeymoon setting with swan towels, rose petals and all.

Location & Parking
- Quite strategic, easy access to Port Dickson town and restaurants. Parking lots are sufficient
Lobby & Reception
- Receptionist is friendly, greeted us with smile. Would recommend not to allow guest who in swimming suits or those who is in wet body walking around the lobby as the floor was very slippery and dangerous to walk
Room & In-Room Amenities
- Upon entering the room there was an unpleasant carpet odour. Maybe it was due to previous guest walking in with wet foot after their swimming pool session. TV speaker not in good condition, sometimes it will automatically became loud, sometimes very low volume. Bathroom amenities incomplete, may consider add in hand soap
Hotel Facilities
- Rooftop swimming pool was great and there's nice sea view, may consider add in more sun lounger. Gym equipments working in good condition, have sufficient equipments to use. Free Wi-Fi is available but the speed is very very slow. Please improve on this.
Coffee House & Breakfast
- Breakfast was OK, quite a lot varieties available i.e. cereals, fruits, coffee & tea, cordial, egg station & main courses. Appreciate if could improve on the coffee house condition, too much flies around although the door is closed. It was very unhygienic and unpleasant for guest to eat with flies flying around. Please improve on this

It Smells bad and humid as soon as you enter the room, it has permanent stains on the carpet and the carpet was sticky too.we paid RM215, expected to be good, the bed has stains too like a mark and blood on the bed sheet cover. This is totally unacceptable .We had to call the reception to change it, housekeeping came and changed it, but please give an order to the staff, educate them how to be presentable as the body odor of the Myanmar staff is really bad.In End up we asked him to leave, already a bad smell in the room plus the housekeeping we can't take this anymore.Management should consider taking care more, be attentive not just profit. The breakfast was really bad too, tasteless, not many choices.and the worst part the water heater was cold,
Things need to improve:Carpetwater heaterbreakfastcurtain refreshment

Note: during our check out, we did write a form and passed it to the reception counter on 02nd October 2022, the Indian lady had received the form, perhaps she had passed it to the management for better improvement.

This is my first time to port Dickson and also my first bad review on hotel I've been stayed.
I was booked a superior room for 2pax, but during check in, the customer service told me that it's 2single bed, I was expecting a queen bed but there is no selection during the booking season, the CS told me to upgrade for superior king suite to have a king bed, ok fine I paid for extra for it.
But when I go into the "superior king" room, another surprise happened, this "superior king" room just the combination of 2 single bed, I went to confirm with the CS again, they said that " that's what we are doing for this suite", I was.... I could combine the two single bed by myself without paying you extra charges, you charged me for extra just to help me combine the bed?
I would not visit this hotel again if I re-visit port Dickson.

this was my worst and dissapointed hotel service that we encounter.
Room was booked and we did informed and alert the staff that we want the room and will come back to check in later.
end up,the hotel release out the room and charge us too.
and the staff, manager or higher management only keep apologize and never compensate an6 to us.
poor management, poor service of the hotel we met this year.

My husband, daughter and I went down to Port Dickson last weekend and stayed at Paradise Spa Hotel. We took a Deluxe Super King room, The room was big, clean and the toilet was sparkling clean which made us feel comfortable. The bed was a king size bed, just nice for 3 of us. The staffs were helpful and accommodating to all our requests - hot water, late night dinner, heating up some food etc.

We got a room with sea view. Though the hotel is not exactly by the beach. But it was still pleasing to the eyes. Pantai Tanjung Gemok is the nearest beach from the hotel. However, we drove 10 minutes to Bagan Pinang Beach. There were more people here, better place for picnic and swim, couple of shops around and picnic tables.

Just nearby the hotel (5-10mins drive) is another place to visit. The Alive 3D Art Muzeum. Very interesting place to take amazing pictures.

Lastly, I would like to send my special thanks to one of the hotel staffs - Ms. Fify, for being very understanding and accommodating to my last minute request. I was glad to meet her F2F too.

Thank you!

The hotel is very average and basic. When I wanted to place my luggage at the lobby while waiting for my room, the receptionist told me that it is “not safe”. She asked me to put them in my car which is “safer”.

Breakfast is also very basic. Room size is okay but nothing fantastic. No toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste etc.

Swimming pool appears murky and not so clean so we decided not to swim there. Only open air carpark is available.

Nice new hotel but away from most things. Room OK and clean. Rooftop pool the biggest plus point. A couple of the staff were friendly.

Booked for one week but decided to arrive a day earlier so booked an extra day. The when we arrived we were told in no uncertain terms that we must pay before we could have our room. The money changer is miles away, like most things, so if we gave $100 deposit we could pay the next day. We changed money the next day to pay for the whole stay and when we went to pay was told they'd charged the room to my card. Was stuck with several hundred Ringets so not impressed.

Breakfast first day was as bad a hotel breakfast as I have ever had. No point asking for a choice, it was baked beans with potato shapes, the sort of breakfast our granddaughter gets at pre school nursery. Next day just the opposite as a coach party was staying. Full buffet breakfast is if you like rice, chicken and porridge. Nothing wrong with that but not to my liking for breakfast. There was an egg station, perfect for me, except the guy couldn't cook an egg. After three days I decided I'd had enough of asking for a warm fried egg with a yoke unbroken as it was beyond him to do so.

The vast majority of the staff are either under trained or just not cut out for the job. The hotel was almost empty so we asked for a late check out. We were told it was impossible in no uncertain terms but could sit on the roof for the day. A hour before check out time, the cleaners were waiting outside making as much noise as possible to get us to leave.

I always try to be positive in my reviews but this place makes it difficult. As my headline says, good for a day. Any longer and try somewhere else.
