Detailed Reviews
Stayed at the premium tower room which has 1 King bed & 1 Queen bed. Easily accommodate 3 adults. The room condition is old which is expected but its clean. Loved the view of the chalets from the hotel. Many food choices outside the hotel, just within 10 mins drive. There is also a public beach called Glory beach, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel which is quite clean & relaxing as its not crowded, unlike other PD beaches, though you can't see the sunset from here.
Cons : Provided only 2 amenities despite in my booking stated for 3 adults. Water pressure at the basin is quite low.
Other than that, I would definitely come back here again in the future.

Affordable good option for family short vacay in Port Dickson. Chalet was a good experience , though having a private beach area could have been better. Rooms are old but clean enough , could be better if maintained bit more. View from the room depends on the room you get , most rooms faces the opposite room across the waters except for the ones at the end. Bed was comfortable for a small family , we still have a kids bed at the corner.
The hotel has few pay per recreation facilities . I wonder why most of the hotels don’t have a good tv options , most of the tv channels are unclear. I understand that it is not a good idea to watch tv during vacay but sometimes it’s fun to watch a movie with family.
Location was good , approx 3-4 km to waterfront .
Breakfast was average , taste was ok.
Since we were staying during peak season , so breakfast was busy . Would recommend to go early , as the food tastes very dry and stale if you are late.
Overall good & recommendable choice for a short vacay !

Stayed Premium Water Chalet. The room condition is bit old and outdated. With big bathtub. The water pressure during shower and bathtub is low and taking long time to fill it. The air cond is cold. Breakfast is a bit below average with lack of choices. Gym is closed. Pool open for 45 mins each person. Buggy service is bit poor although pre order 30mins ago but not reachable to us. Rate 5/10.

They told us we had an upgrade to our room. We definitely had a sea view. The bath, shower, toilet are in the entry. The bath is for 2, but it is not a spa tub. The next room is the bedroom. First of all, one must switch on the wifi. It is identified by a sign that says 240 Volts?????. Anyhow, wifi strength was very weak. When brought to the room by "buggy" the attendant should switch on the water heater. As it was once we did this, even after waiting an hour, we had to ask them to send the maintenance man to raise the thermostat. The bed head board was broken and not fixed? The toilet did not have a toilet bowl brush. However, breakfast was great and I recommend the chicken curry. The staff generally speaking were quite helpful. Another thing. Upon checking in, I was asked for a deposit of 100 MR which I put on my Credit Card. Upon checking out, they did not offer to reimburse me and I forgot. I think that for the price, I would avoid it.

12/9/2020 - Rundown room that does not match the price they charge. Jacuzzi bath tub drainage can’t be used. Still waiting for maintenance guy to come. Asked for an extra towel, and that costs additional RM10. No face / hand towel provided. Shower area has no light because it allows for natural light during the day. Night time - shower in the dark. Not your money’s worth. Would not recommend this Lexis.

One placement I will revisit.
The first time I set foot, I was greeted with a smile and a perfect greeting after being tired of driving from the city of Kuala Lumpur to Lexis.
The registration process is fast and fast, even though there are other groups who are also willing to register. FrontDesk is not shy about being shy and kindly explains the location of the chalet and the surrounding area for customers who register to enter.
The rooms are spacious and calming, beyond the initial expectations, giving the perfect feeling to stay here.
3 days 2 nights throughout the program, the food always gave me a confusing feeling of wondering what menu would be served. However, as soon as you step into the dining room, the smell of the food available promises the uniqueness of the food served!
Will look forward to a return visit to experience a great moment to visit and stay at Lexis Port Dickson.

Still in Malaysia and loving being trapped here for work.
Compared to back home in Ireland this is paradise. Blue Water, soft waves and peaceful surroundings.
Not many tourists a few locals and bargain pricing is a bonus for Malaysians to eat and stay Malaysian.

other than the bathroom and the pillows, everything else seems lacking. the tv only has one channel functioning and it's blurry. there was no menu provided for room service, we had to ask the staff for it ourselves. the phone didn't have information on what to call for what. the heater in the bathroom is kinda... broken? the wifi is super slow and laggy its too disappointing. the food wasnt worth its price definitely. at least i enjoyed sleeping and showering. otherwise, totally not worth 4 stars. please improve more if you want your reputation to hold.

Accompanied my husband for his work here.He had to attend a workshop. The front desk reception staffs, the buggy deivers and security guards at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. But when i ate at Roselle coffeehouse at Grand Lexis and has forgotten to bring my wallet.A staff at the coffeehouse (Malay lady) told me i could charged it to the room. And so i did. While i was taking a nap at 1pm in the room, someone from the coffeehouse,a staff(male) called and told me i need to go back and pay for my RM21 as I couldn’t charge it to the room!He gave me 2 hours to make payment.I was aware that the check out time was 11am.While waiting for my husband to come to the room to help me with the luggage etc,at 11.11am i heard someone opened the door, i thought it was my husband but a male Indian man entered my room!when he saw me on the bed,he closed the door.I ran to the door to confront him.Without any apologies,he told me that i have to check out 11mins ago!!!I have stayed in many hotels and this was unacceptable!Usually the reception will call the room first after 30mins to give a gentle reminder that we’re supposed to check out.But for the cleaning staff to enter the room while the guests were still there was extremely bad!!!

Dear sheilaaishah,
Thank you for your interest and apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately we do not have any rooms which is suitable for 6 pax per room. All of our rooms are able to accommodate 1-4 pax per room only.
You may need to book 2 rooms in order to fit your family however, should you wish to fit everyone in a room, we would recommend you to visit our sister company, Grand Lexis Port Dickson and book their Sky Pool Grand Villa as it comes with 3 king beds which is suitable for 6 pax.
This room type comes with an indoor pool and the room is located at the tower block. For more info, please do not hesitate to contact their reservations team at 06-6532000.
Warmest Regards,
The Management
