The reception area, restaurant area is still in good up to date condition. But the room condition is very bad. Our room located at the end nearby emergency staircase with bad condition (level 3) , *we use staircase if we want to go for breakfast or pool/beach.

The condition inside the room consider just OK (lucky i just stay 1 night only). I think the carpet is not clean enough but the new A/C work well but the old a/c grill was not clean at all, dirty! The veranda floor tiles not clean and full of bird feces. old fashion cabinet and our bed side table drawer missing wood panel. No power socket beside bed. Door toilet cannot closed properly & the door panel is dirty and peel off. The wc toilet bowl dirty with grouting stain. We cannot used shower head because the valve already broken so we just used hand bidet to shower. Lucky the water pressure is good. Overall the condition of toilet very disapointed.

The good thing about this hotel, the location.

The price is decent but the facilities are out. The room is not what you are expecting in the first place. The lift is out of service. The balcony was full of bird dropping. However, the reason I am choosing this hotel was because it has a wonderful white sandy beach just a few meters from the hotel's pool.

Hotel was really rundown. Most probably due to the lack of occupancy during the pandemic. Rooms weren't cleaned properly as I found pieces of cookies on the floor. The drainage in the shower was super blocked causing the shower area to be flooded for a long time.

The only plus point is the beach is a walking distance away from the hotel.

Not sure if I will be back here again

What is it with so many Asian hotel owners that they build a lovely hotel then don't spend any more money on maintenance and updating. This place didn't look like it had been touched since the day it opened! The foyer was acceptable but from thereon it went rapidly downhill. We headed along dingy corridors with filthy carpet and crumbling walls. The room location was excellent overlooking the beach but on looking around the rest was terrible. Dirty, stained carpets, battered furniture, electric sockets hanging off the wall and a disgusting bathroom. On checking the sheets we were amazed to find many stains. At around £90 for the room I stupidly assumed breakfast was included but when we came down at 9.30 am the small coffee shop was closed - despite a sign saying it was open from 07.00 - 10.00.

It's 2.35am. I can't sleep because the aircond is not functioning, really. My kids are crying and sweating. Thank you to the security people who helped by sending us standing fan.

This hotel is not well-maintained. Bathroom was old, shampoo isn't provided. Initially, no towels were given.

No TV remote control given too initially.

Ou
No frontdesk people to help you at 1am. No maintenance staff on-call to fix problems during midnight.

I feel very sorry for their support staff who helped us at this hour. I wish that they will get better jobs at better hotel elsewhere.

For those who involved in lying to us/giving these poor services see you in hereafter. Kami teraniaya!
Booking.com you too.

Old Hotel with some promising refurbishment in the main areas. Once u checked in and walk the corridors leading the room n upon entering, totally unexpected, better Agoda don't claim its a preferred hotel in PD, quite misleading for posting only 2019 reviews. After tht probably don't dare to add on. Poor marks for both management and agoda for poor hotel room standards. Agoda being very experienced in providing good deals, this is certainly opposite of it. Bad deal. I posted a review in agoda which was not published. I left the same day I checked in.

We booked an executive suite .. so called . It was so neglected . The ceiling was leaking with clear signs that it has been so for a long time . Shower screen was fungal infested so badly that u just dont even wanna touch it . The bath tub had stains and slippery. The bathroom doors are so dirty and cracked. This entire hotel gives a musky smell , clearly depicting that it has not been maintained . Paid RM 280 ++ for that room .. trust me . It's not even worth fraction of that price

Stayed here a few times and although the hotel is aging but what I like is the beautiful sea view and the large swimming pool.I felt that the management need to do some upgrading works to make this hotel grand again. It is good for a short away from the city trip!!!

I think it shouldn't be a problem as there is lifts to every floor. Probably only a slight problem with a few stairs from the carpark leading to the lobby
