We arrived 5th July 2022 from the time we checked in hospitality is there. We enjoyed watching their welcome dance comes with welcome drinks as well. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Food are nice. Landscape is perfect to relax our mind. Overall we had wonderful stay. Looking forward to come back

We had a booking for 3 chalets. Having left Singapore at 5.30am, we had hoped to check in at the check in time of 2pm. However we were told our chalets were still being cleaned. When I asked what time the rooms would be ready, i was not given a definite answer. I was offered some other chalets away from the beach by 3pm. We took it. All three safes in our chalets were not working. Went for a swim with my daughter from 4 to 6.30pm. Upon my return discovered that my money pouch with my Singapore and Malaysian cash, my watch and my diamond ring were missing. I immediately called the hotel. No one seemed bothered. Made a police report after dinner. Spent a few hours at the police station. The hotel drove us there. The inspector Jonathan Yeoh who handled my case showed more concern than the hotel. He accompanied me and my family back to the hotel. No explanation or apology from the hotel was extended to me during the duration of my stay. The hotel is understaffed. Only 1 restaurat was open. The buffet was so so.The sambal prawns were horrible . However cocktails were cheap. The yoga instructor Han was friendly. Be careful when using the ATVS ...there were 2 accidents the day we used them . We were told a young female pillion rider was thrown off and when she fell she bruised herself and lost two of her front teeth. Would I return to Tioman...absolutely. It is beautiful and the beaches are lovely. Will not be staying at Berjaya for sure!…

We had the most magical time staying at Berjaya Tioman and could not recommend it more for a romantic getaway on Tioman Island 🥰 The location of the hotel is spectacular on a pristine beach, the water honestly blew us away… So so blue and clear! It’s also facing Renggis Island which is a famous snorkelling spot - we organised to do this through the hotel and it was insane! We sadly didn’t see any turtles or black tipped sharks, but apparently they are often there 🙌 The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us - considering the resort has only just re-opened this year after the pandemic, it was incredible to see how great all of the facilities were and how spotless the place was! Our room was amazing - so spacious with lots of home comforts, and also cleaned everyday. The food was also really delicious - we went for the all inclusive option and it was great, so much food - breakfast in particular was a highlight for us, lots of choice. The hotel features everything you could really need for a stay on Tioman Island - they arrange pick up and drop off at the port if you’re travelling by ferry, you can organise tours or snorkelling here and there is also a laundry service. Along with the incredible food… You really don’t need to leave, and we didn’t for 4 days 🙌😂 Couldn’t recommend it more for a stay on Tioman Island, we loved every second 🥰…

This is sort of a mixed review. The rooms were alright, for a beach resort. The food was terrible. The layout of the place is like separated chalets so to get to the main lobby for the restaurant we had to call for a shuttle pick up. Sometimes when calling no shuttle came. We had an issue with our safe and called and called for someone to come and look at it but no one came. In the end the from desk rudely said that they were very busy! When we finally got to reception there was no one there. A lot of the time they just ignore the phone. We were not too happy with this place. We expected much much more for the money we paid for this place.

One of the best island resorts I've been to, Berjaya Tioman has lots of activities to fill up my holiday - snorkelling or diving amongst the healthiest coral reefs and diverse marine lives I witnessed, relaxing on the long stretch of golden sand private beach with crystal clear water, adrenaline pumping ATV ride through the nature, hiking and spotting its local unique floral and fauna, pulsating fire show, kayaking and standup paddle boarding through the gentle waves, wellness restored with the massages and free yoga classes, there is never a dull moment. The restaurant served up local and international buffet that are sumptuous. One can't demand much since we are on an island but I'm pleasantly surprised the spread of buffet is quite satisfactorily. One of the best sunset I've seen by far where the yolk of sun slowly dipping into the horizon and the sky is of yellow, orange and blue hues. Pool bar serves up delicious cocktails which is so chillaxing. The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable and clean. Staffs are all friendly and they really try their best to please. Tioman is also a duty free destination where beers and liquors are cheaper to drink to heart's content. Highly recommended.…

We went as family 2 kids and 2 adults. My experience was great since the time arrived to resort ...we missed the evening ferry to resort and took morning ferry. They immediately refund our one night stay bit still allowed breakfast of that morning. Breakfast very good range of choice though local food but some western breads Games room and cocktails were all our family enjoyed during the stay. Very clean and spacious rooms
