Dinner is included with the full board package. Strongly suggest you to get a full board package only. Ferry and boat pickups are co-ordinated well. I don't think this is an issue. Worst case (and unlikely) scenario at the... More

You can rent snorkelling equipment for $1/day as I remember.

From KL the journey takes 4.30 hours. The ferry crossing takes 1.30 hours.
