My daughter was sick and we needed somewhere comfortable and safe to stay. Turned out she had chicken pox (despite being vaccinated and it was a mild dose) so we parked ourselves here for a few nights as she recovered. It was perfect.
Stayed here for 4 nights, and wanted to stay longer.
The room we stayed in was great size and had a view of the pool.
Bathroom had both a bath and shower and overall was really nice room.

Had a nice time with family and friend. We drove all the way from Kota Kinabalu and felt exhausted by the time we arrived. Nice welcomes from the staff and lots of area to park our rented four wheeler.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great swimming pool, buffet breakfast was good. Would certainly recommend Sabah hotel as a great place to stay. Would be more than happy to stay there again.

Hi. I think if you are travelling with family I suggest you ask for a non smoking floor and specifically ask for a corner room which are normally bigger. I stayed in a superior room which has no balcony but is big and spacious. It cost a lot less too.
I think that you should go for food downtown which is 5 minutes away south which has aplenty food outlets . I wouldnt recommend brkfst in Ming Restaurant as it is not as delicious compared to the other popular outlets. Plus its pricey to order in room or eat at the restaurants where you can half that cost if eat out.
This hotel is surrounded by forest owned by private landowners that left it idle...giving the nature feel of this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my sister in Canada as I would to you. I hope you have a great time here and please take your time to savour the places.
