Stayed at Laguna . Except for some aged furnitures , room is spacious , clean & neat . Utilities are all working fines . Food is good . Beautiful seafront . Staffs are friendly & helpful . S. P. Redang was our 4th stay with Sari Pacifica Resort group ( past experience at S. P , Lang Tengah , Aseania & Sibu ) . Really enjoy the island hopping with good snorkeling spots . Good service rendered by resort's staffs even when they are shorthanded . No complaints , after all , we are here to relax, enjoy ourselves and hv fun under the sun . Just my opinion . Cheers .
To Manager ( sorry I still don how to address you even I stay 3d2n here), definitely poor service of this manager ,no manner at all even a basic greet, you just like hollow man when pass by all the customers. (actually I never mind of this, maybe we are not Dato & Datin , we not deserve to get greet and manner from you), The WORST part is you don know how to manage and settle what customer complained and twist the truth for save his apologize (omg)...I really can't accept it. 1st time get crying during vacation. Ridiculous .... ridiculous....more and more , can't write all here. To Chef of this restaurant, we know the game is "WHAT WE PAID AND WHAT WE GET", but now is what we paid and we get nothing, what food that you've provide to us? You just treat us as a foreign workers! all my members rather to spend money to order food from other resort. Ridiculous !!!! I suggest you to go and try others resort food. At Last , this Sari Pacifica very lucky still have a team of newly staffs with full of manners and patients and very good services. They spend all the love to save you (manager) a lots and a lots.... Director, please do something! I really don't know how you compensate to us during this vacation.…
The room rates you guys offered for this type room condition are ridiculous. Let me say why . The room rates way to over pricey RM817++ per night and then condition was the worst with old wracked furnitures malfunction bathtub. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary it's all ruined !!!. Your competitors near by resorts are offering far better stay with this friction of price. - During our stay 4 days , the total number of guests was less 20 people it's not even a peak seasons at all you should be lower down your room rates based on your occupancy forecast and current situation of your property which is not 100% ready yet for operation I would say. - The best part of this stay was ,you guys closed for 2 years due to covid pandemic and before opening for business you all did not bothered to spend money to do proper maintenance to your facilities or upgrade it . It's just outdated and your facilities it's not up and running 100% at all no spa, no proper Manning, the whole building its poorly managed with paint peeling off from the ceiling. Most of the resorts that I used know will use this closure time to do maintenances and fixing what they should do before opening. How do justify your room rates to what your are offering to your guests who staying here. When we were dine in for our first lunch the paint from the ceiling just peeling off and feel into our foods it's so unhygienic. The next morning when we came for our breakfast we saw a piece of plaster ceiling on the floor try imagine it's could leads to injury to your guests.Could you please explain it to me please. - And your pool , there is no pool treatments and proper cleanings are done on daily basis it's just dirty and with dead incests floating on it. - The next thing is, the outdoor lightings . There is no any lights were switched at gezebo areas for guest to chill at night time. It's completely dark. Food And Beverage - We stayed here for 4 Days and 3 nights, we bought full board meal packages. The food verity was very limited and the taste of those foods are bland. Basically we can guess what are they going to prepare for us for following meal time that's how bad it's . Pros - I have to admit it the beach views are absolutely beautiful and breath taking from our room. You have excellent location with stunning views I will suggest to invest more on infrastructures and add on more attractions to your resorts like live bands, good choice of food and beverage. - There is trainees who is very helpful and kind during our stay. - They bring us to nice snorkeling spots to see. Action - I have highlighted these issues to manager on duty his name was Shan. He not much of helpful at all . He just offered additional activities during our stay, we came there to relaxing not making ourselves occupied. He explained it, Since it's prepaid packages he can't do anything about the room rates and he admit it the condition of their property it's in bad shape and needs to improve. It's clearly this is not the way you all do business guys. I need the person who in charge of this to get back to me and give me back rebates .…
"Sari Pacifica" a brand that USED TO instill so much confidence and standard in the past, has now succeeded TREMENDOUSLY into throwing my expectations into the mud. My 4 days 3 nights stay with my friends and family during the end of March 2022 has made us questioned, whether this is truly the "Sari Pacifica" we used to know, or did we accidentally checked into a BOGUS hotel in Redang? Mind you, we stayed at the apparently the best option it has to offer, the SEA VIEW Villa. The only FACTOR that allows this "resort" to have a 2-star rating from me is PURELY AND ONLY because of the friendliness of their staff members, who despite limited in their capacity, tried their best to help us in overcoming the shortcomings of the "resort". Upon arrival at Pulau Redang, while other hotel operators have provided staffs to wait and help their guests to carry their baggage into the truck, we were standing BLUR on where we should be going for a while. The 1 and ONLY 1 staff who was waiting for the 20 of us, was only able to help us carry 1 or MAXIMUM 2 rounds of our baggage with his 2 hands. We could only watch with ENVY, the guests of other hotel operators, as me and my wife carried our 1 year old girl under the hot island weather, for no less than 30 minutes, while the staff sent the first 10 of my friends to the resort and then came back for the rest of us. If the definition of a Villa is that of its size. Then KUDOS to "Sari Pacifica" for indeed, the Sea View Villa is huge in its size. But my friends and family as Guests... did not appreciate such a BIG, yet Sandy floor, stained blankets and bed sheets. The en-suite toilet is HUGE with a bathtub that we did not dare to use. I agree though, the view from the Villa is as good as it gets in Pulau Redang. The aircond in my first villa was not working well, and I managed to shift to another room the next night. The food, while I truly did not expect much, having stayed in Redang a few times over a few different resorts, and YET it fell far below my ALREADY low expectation. The first night, we were served grilled BBQ without lights and fans at our tables. Can you imagine? After feedback, the next day onward we were given permanent table position under a WORKING CEILING Fan. There were only 2 or 3 in the entire eating area. You have to feel bad for people who were not so fortunate. A special credit for the F&B manager who tried to make up as best as he could to us, and prepared a steamboat dinner for us on the last night. Overall: Staff: 5 Stars Cleanliness: 2 Stars Value: 0 Star. We paid RM1200 per person for 4 days 3 nights for those staying at Sea View Villa. You can judge for yourself if based on what we have experienced the good and the bad, whether it was value for money. Recommendation: Food: Pelangi resort has good western food in my opinion. Cleanliness: Coral Redang, Pelangi Resort, Redang Beach, Laguna Redang. Value: Anywhere but Sari Pacifica Redang…
We took 4 days 3 night villa seafront full board all in package. The beach, food, and snorkelling activities were awesome. However, the housekeeping and resort was a total letdown in comparison to the resort rating. The resort need a full makeover, pool to be clean, middle pond to be rectified, spa to be open etc. NO housekeeping services was provided at all during our stay. Hence, no new towels, no toiletries, and no refill of tea/coffee although requested a number of time. The air conditioning was bad, 1 hp for a big room, No lighting on some areas although complaint about it. Need better housekeeping on the surrounding, beer cans etc. all over the place. No quietness in front of villa at night since a fire show took place on 2 nights with fumes smells till morning. No ASTRO and phone/safety box in room not working. Not a recommended resort till a total makeover took place by the management and the state/council in charge do something. Not ready to be opened post Covid till all are ready for it.…
