Came to this resort twice this year - Jun and Sep. The resort is basic - no TV, no WiFi, no fridge but value for money. Food is good enough with free drink whole day. It is the peak period in my second visit but still, the resort staff cope with the large amount of visitor well. What brings me... More

This hotel comprises of simple two-storey wooden buildings set on a stunning beach. The rooms are basic - no to, no tea/coffee facilities, no toiletries, basic shower rooms, no fluffy towels, not even any drawers to put your clothes away. However the beds were very comfortable - and that is all you need. The beach is amazing, with fine white... More

Beautiful place to be. Blue sea, white sandy beach and the rooms are not too bad. Why spend time in the room when you have lots of activities to do outside to begin with. As for the bar, they should have more choices of drinks but maybe because they are closing due to the coming monsoon, reason to not stock... More

We took open water course at the dive center. Han was our instructor, he was very good: friendly, patient and abide by the rules. He was very strict when it comes to diving, which makes the diving very safe. The OWC is supposedly 4D3N, but since we stayed 1 more day after we finished the course, we were asked to... More

We spended here a week. It was beautiful. Snorkeling twice daily in the price for all our stay. A short walk from our resort were baby sharks and we swam with them. Our resort was right on the beach. Every day we had breakfest, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. It was included in the price. Room was clean. Staff is... More

Didn't stay in their resort but we went to their bistro for both night because they have soju and we don't like beer (Most of the bar in Redang serve only beers. One of the bar serves cocktail and some other alcohol drinks but expensive af) The atmosphere was good, especially the rainy night, where everyone were stucked in the... More

I did a PADI Open Water Diver Course at Pelangi Resort and would like to thank the staff at the Dive Centre. Han was my instructor and was so patient and so kind even though I was such a difficult student! Kit accompanied us on my last boat dive and stayed with me even when I got washed away by... More

Seven of us,looking for a cheap break booked a 3 day 2 night stay at Redang Pelangi Resort. The total cost of accommodation for 7 including full board (4 meals a day) was RM 2,100. Only RM 300 each or US$75. Based on the price our expectations were set low but we were presently surprised. The rooms are very basic.... More
