I cannot speak highly enough of this mini riad. It is simply but beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The welcome and service we received from the young people running the establishment was really outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like real guests. Breakfast was tasty and can be taken on the lovely rooftop terrace...

Excellent service above all else. Casa Perleta provided easy to follow instructions and map of the medina to find the location. Ismael came without hesitation to find us at the Bab El Souk and took us directly to the Dar (Riads, technically have a fountain inside). Continental breakfast on the terrace is included, plenty of guide books to be had...

We stayed here for a couple of nights in late December. The house is located not far from the Western gate to the medina -- a good area away from the most touristed areas. The room was small (the bed was adjacent to two walls) but warm, with good wifi. Like everything else in Chefchaouen, the house was painted a...

We loved this riad. It has a really relaxed feel and is beautifully furnished with traditional Moroccan crafts. The owner was very friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions of restaurants and what to do and going over routes on a map with us. There is a lovely terrace with great views over the medina. As we were there in December...

My mother and I went to Chefchaouen for three days and had a lovely time at Casa Perleta. The riad is beautifully decorated in both the public areas and in the bedrooms. Paloma and the rest of the staff were all helpful and kind giving recommendations for good shops and restaurants in the medina. I would highly recommend this as...

A friend recommended Casa Perleta and I'm glad she did! We had a lovely time here. The house is charming - beautifully decorated and located in a quiet spot in the medina. We stayed in the large room on the roof terrace and loved it. We also loved the breakfast served on the roof terrace - tasty, filling and a...

If you are traveling to Chefchaouen, I strongly suggest that you stay in the medina as you'll spend most of your time here. Casa Perleta was recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint. We arrived by car and needed help figuring out where to park. Ismail came out and helped us navigate the narrow streets and negotiated a...

Chefchaouen looks like a fairytale village. But I doubt I would have seen the most beautiful things about it if it were not for Bergonia and her hand-drawn maps. Bergonia is the heart of this place. She is at once a tour guide, protector and hostess. She gives impartial advice, informed by her years spent in the beautiful town. She...

After four days in Fez our stay in Chefchaouen was a welcome retreat from the Medina madness of Fez. It's an easy four hour drive from Fez and you are immediately aware of the laid back atmosphere of the town. On arrival at the centrally located Casa Perleta we received a warm Moroccan welcome from Ismail who was welcoming without...
