All needs were met here : hot water, reliable wifi (it could be better, but then again so could all wifi in town), breakfast in the morning, and literally RIGHT in front of the train station. A very short walk to everywhere else in AC. What I appreciated most about my stay was how nice and helpful staff were. They...

This hotel was included as part of a tour we did. It was an upgrade to three stars from the standard option. The reception was clean and modern but the corridors and rooms were very tired. If the fabric on carpets and seat cushions are worn through it's time for a refurbishment! Breakfast was ok and started at 4:30 which...

The outlets were broken, the wifi didn't work, there was a hole in our door, the toilet made loud noises all through the night and we could here every noise on the street and in the hotel - paper thin Windows and walls. Not to mention an weird dark crawl space in the shower vent that led to the next...

Definitely a luxury after a 5-Day trek to Machu Picchu. It's dated, but quaint, comfortable and offered hot-hot showers. Aguas Clients isn't a large town, but with this place at the top of it (hills), the location isn't the top spot. In saying that, you're only a 5 minute walk to the busier bar area, and right next to the...

We haven't had a lot of luck with comfy beds in Peru but this place was great. It's overall what you expect for a basic hotel but it checks off the most important things: clean, good shower, and comfortable bed. If you're looking for something fancy look elsewhere but this place will check off all of the basic needs.

A really fabulous hotel after a 5 day trek. Admittedly I have never stayed in such a LOUD hotel room in my entire life (a result of being meters away from the train track) but otherwise perfect. They even kept our bags whilst we visited Machu Picchu.

Don't read the reviews calling this place a dump by the pampered tourists who expect super fast wifi, 70 degree air conditioning 24/7, and amazing service by every member of the staff. Come on, just enjoy being in a wonderful town with awesome food. You're in the mountains in rural Peru staying for a couple nights just to go see...

The rooms are clean, the shower (although it takes awhile to heat up) is hot, the beds are comfortable, and the staff extremely accommodating. Centrally located and close to the hot springs (a :15 easy walk). Highly recommend this hotel!

I couldn't find any franchise hotels that I would normally stay at. Most of the hotels are independently locally owned. This is a clean hotel with a small attached restaurant and breakfast is included with the room. You have to show your passport at checkin and I was a little disturbed that copies of my passport are laying on the...

Thank You for share your experience, hope that You can understand that You are in rural and mountains area of Peru, We have many restrictions by national and international laws, including show their passports and to take photocopies, that is true in all the hotels of PERU. All the hotel lights can be turned off, simply flip the switch

This is a walk up, understaffed dump. The shower did not work, there were no towels in the room and the toilet barely flushed. The view was of trash on a construction site next door and it was noisy as the train was right outside. We left after 5 minutes. Stay somewhere else.
