The hotel is close to station, 5 min walk. They offer breakfast form 5am, it's basic but ok. We opted for a suite as all the other rooms have windows facing the corridor and entrance lobby. The room and hotel were clean but in need of some basic maintenance and paint work. Staring to look a bit shabby. They look... More

Just came back from my trip to Machupicchu this October 13 and I have to say that staying in this lodge was the only negative thing about this amazing travel. Here it goes: Rooms with no external windows just an internal sort of window frame to the reception. Very noise! When I got to the room there were pieces of... More

Location - 33rigel is right the hotel is close to train station, about 10 mins on foot. The town is small so everywhere is within walking distance. Room - WiFi connection is OK. It's clean overall. Keep windows close otherwise bugs will fly into the room. We stayed on second floor, the last room in the hallway on the left... More

The hotel can easily be reach from the train station in Aquas Calientes by foot. Just leave the train station, go through the market towards your right and go up the street about four blocks to Calle Chaska. No transfer or pick up from the train station is needed. The hotel is clean, the service is good. Breakfast is included.... More

The service in this hotel is excellent. They arranged pick-up at the train station at 11pm, they offered breakfast to go and luggage storage. But unfortunately the standard rooms are located to the lobby and you hear everything. If you want to stay one night in Aguas Caliente it is a option, but I would not stay in Aguas Caliente... More

Since I'm working as adventure tour guide in Cusco area, I'm going to this small hotel every time that I take people to Machupicchu. I could see how the owners are improving the hotel. This hotel hotel is convenient to stay because is close to the train station.

We only stayed one night here, but it definitely suited all of our needs. It is located very close to the the train and the bus station, which was very convenient for waking up early to go to Machu Picchu. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and accomodating. The room itself was fine. There was plenty of... More

Very poor customer service (did not allow us to take a shower after we checked out after return from machu picchu - although had an empty room where our luggage was stored), rooms had very uncomfortable beds, old towels, water in the shower did not go down. The rooms had extremely thin windows so noise is a factor. There was... More

Not the best hotel but not bad either. Very close to the train station. The reason I gave it 5 stars is because the way they made up to me for some inconvenience. My reservation of 7 months before they could not retrieve. So they gave me and buddy separate rooms, but made up to us by giving us free... More
