I was in Sagada last Feb 3-5, 2017. Its my 2nd time to go there in Solo. but this time I decided to go back just to relax and I'm lucky to discovered this Kanip-aw Pines lodge. I stayed at room 4 where there was a great view, I love the bed, bed sheet, curtain and comfort room and there...

Location: It's good or bad depending on how far it's bearable for you to walk. It's a little less than a km from the Municipal Tourist Center. I personally liked it because it was far enough to be quiet and secluded but close enough to be convenient. Also, there's a bunch of restaurants and stores you pass on the way...

We had a 3 night stay here. The room was good with 2 double beds and our own bathroom and towels provided. Nice balcony with views of Echo Valley. 2 great nights sleep and on our last night some very loud guests above us ruined it in my opinion. There are signs up saying to be respectful and quiet between...

We're booked by 8Wonders Travel Tour agency for a joiner group tour last January 13-15, 2017. We arrived in this lodge at 11 am, we were provided a room good for six persons. The room is clean, the bathroom with hot and cold shower, a necessity for all travelers since the place is 5000 ft above sea level( very cold)....

Stayed here for a couple of days during my trip at Sagada. Rooms are clean and towels are provided for the guests. They also got a balcony facing the Kanip-Aw mountain sides. If you prefer a place far from the main road and with a great view of limestones, this is one of the best. They do not offer or...

I arrived at sagada around 7 pm, and it was raining so this was kind of hard to find. So make sure you arrange a pick up with Kuya Oscar, or pick the earlier trips to sagada. I asked for the room that has the echo Valley view and damn it is worth it. Make sure to ask for room...

Kanip-aw is located around 20 minutes away by foot from the bus drop-off point. The lodge was decent and the owner was very helpful. The only problem I encountered is the absence of "hot" water early in the morning. What I mean by hot is that the heater is not working that well, it only makes the water lukewarm.

we stayed there after the onslaught of super typhoon Lawin, there was no electricity in Sagada, good thing though Kanip aw had a generator unlike the other inns/lodges. The place was so relaxing, away from the noise and pollution of the busy streets. It was a little bit far from the town center but it was worth it. Mr Oscar...

It was the closest place to nature. I would recommend this. Located at down town Sagada. Far from the busy area. Very quite since its far from the market located up hill. Clouds will kiss you in the morning specially if you open the windows. We had a decent bed to sleep. Hot shower is working no mosquitos and the...

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was paid with the agency that we book through our sagada tour. The lodge was not fancy but guaranteed clean. As I have heard from our co-tourist they only charge P350 per pax in a room, and the one we stayed is only P500 a night. No ac but if you are...
