I arrived at sagada around 7 pm, and it was raining so this was kind of hard to find. So make sure you arrange a pick up with Kuya Oscar, or pick the earlier trips to sagada. I asked for the room that has the echo Valley view and damn it is worth it. Make sure to ask for room... More

Kanip-aw is located around 20 minutes away by foot from the bus drop-off point. The lodge was decent and the owner was very helpful. The only problem I encountered is the absence of "hot" water early in the morning. What I mean by hot is that the heater is not working that well, it only makes the water lukewarm.

we stayed there after the onslaught of super typhoon Lawin, there was no electricity in Sagada, good thing though Kanip aw had a generator unlike the other inns/lodges. The place was so relaxing, away from the noise and pollution of the busy streets. It was a little bit far from the town center but it was worth it. Mr Oscar... More

It was the closest place to nature. I would recommend this. Located at down town Sagada. Far from the busy area. Very quite since its far from the market located up hill. Clouds will kiss you in the morning specially if you open the windows. We had a decent bed to sleep. Hot shower is working no mosquitos and the... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was paid with the agency that we book through our sagada tour. The lodge was not fancy but guaranteed clean. As I have heard from our co-tourist they only charge P350 per pax in a room, and the one we stayed is only P500 a night. No ac but if you are... More

The place is a few-minute walk from the town center and is near the famous Sagada Lemon Pie House. This lodge has a great view of the echo valley. Our room was neat and the bathroom comes with a hot and cold shower. No aircons but you won't be needing one anyway. The room prices are affordable and worth every... More

Oscar and the staff were all helpful, accommodating and super friendly. Our room had 2 double beds. We paid 350 pesos for each person. We had a small en suite bathroom . Shower pressure was weak. We also had a small balcony. The lodge looks unfinished. It needs to be renovated. It was walking distance to lemon pie house and happy... More

Shower awful! .. views stunning. Location.. slightly out of town and lots of bu8lding work. No breakfast option. Never see any staff. Rooms very depressing and dull.. oh apart from the spongebob pillow case! Very very umcomfy pillows. Balciny door had a panel missing also. No option for any food. Wifi.. just okay.

It was April 2016 when we stayed here. When we checked in they said it was the last room that is good for 2, they gave us a room located at the very dark spot where many plants and trees are just outside the windows. The moment we went inside that room it was full of big mosquito, but they... More

My Family stayed on this Hotel last April 10 to 12, 2016, this place is good compared to the other hotels to stay in Sagada, they have a wonderful view to Eco Valley and near to restaurants and shops.
