Extremely low and rude service. Would recommend everyone to stay someplace else and never step a foot into hotel ( any of Dukley hotel: residence, infinity or harmonia) We had a wedding party in key west in September and booked few rooms for the family and friends. The wedding evening is the only time everything went well, Key west colleagues were caring and nice during the event. It is the first time we write a bad review but just due to the fact that attitude to the guests who spent a considerable amount of money is absolutely unacceptable. Harmonia reception will take your passports, scan them and will try to keep them during the stay as a deposit - which is illegal to ask for. They will also mention that even tho it’s by Dukley guests of Harmonia will not have complimentary access to the beach. In infinity: On a wedding day they managed to come and KNOCK ON WEDS ROOM AT 8 AM FOR CLEANING. They woke up us, parents and my elderly grandmother on one of the most important day in our life. Never in our lives we have seen HSK entering stayover rooms so early in the morning, there a many hospitality standards that this “hotel” has no idea about. The next day we were changing the room to villa, so front desk staff started harassing my parents from 9 AM again in order to get us out of the room at 12:00 pm. They called and approached them 3 times even tho we had a room until midday and it was absolutely unnecessary . My parents don’t speak English so I gave a call to reception in order to stop them from stressing my parents, no apologies were extended. Lady replied with offended attitude : “ok will not call you anymore, bye” - is that the way you speak to the guest ?? It didn’t get better on the next day when we went to infinity pool with our friends. Infinity pool was a breaking point for us to write this review. The moment you reach the third floor you will see two man sitting at the table eating sunflower seeds and throwing the shells of the seeds which a full of their saliva on top of the clean and folded guest towel!! No one will greet you or give a towel until you will come back and ask for it. My husband arrived few minutes later and we decided to go for a swim, no one guessed to bring towels to them, so I had to come to the desk where lifeguard and some other man were eating seeds ato ask for two more towels to be placed and an ashtray. I received a response - “you know what ? You should come to us as ask for towels!” And regarding the ashtray with a raised tone almost screaming in my back: “ I don’t care I don’t work here I’m lifeguard, I don’t care about what you ask” This incident was reported to front office and the response we received is - thank you for your feedback, no apologies, nothing…. The way in room dining set up the table in villa by throwing 10 forks and knifes on the table and leaves, if you ask for an additional duvet they will unzip a king bed into single ones is not even significant mistakes after incredibly rude attitude of the staff and complete ignorance of the management towards service recovery. Important to mention, come to check out appropriately 15 min in advance as they will send people to the room to double check if you didn’t steal any towels or robes from the room. Considering all of the above it was a crazy experience, and we don’t wish anyone to stay in this resort. Looking forward for a “thank you for your feedback, we will take it into consideration” once again as it’s a maximum of what was done so far service wise.

We were visiting Budva on our honeymoon and was really looking forward to the Dukley Key West Adults only beach club for the day. The deal was 200 euros for 2 sunbeds, 4 beers, 4 waters and some fruit. We arrived and the man that greeted us looked like we had landed from mars, he wasn't welcoming & we felt very uncomfortable. A waiter showed us to our bed which was in the shade and a row back from the front. We asked if we could have the beds at the front and they said that they were reserved. A few hours later no one arrived for the beds, so we asked again to be told they were reserved. Another waiter then came over to ask us if we were residents of the hotel, we said no and he said 'unfortunately the beds are reserved for residents' - which was clearly a lie as they had already told us they were reserved before asking us. We were there for hours and no one arrived. It was pretty disappointing to be treated like that in such a 'prestigious' place. On the upside we had a fabulous waiter, Aleksandra who managed to save the day by providing great service and had a great attitude. We are very used to going to flashy beach clubs but we are used to being treated well and unfortunately this just wasnt worth the money. We made the most of it because we were on honeymoon but it really put a downer on the day. If I was the owner I would be appalled at how we were treated when we first arrived.

The hotel grounds are very beautiful! The room is gorgeous along with views and balcony! All employees except for the main restaurant are wonderful - front desk, buggie drivers, beach, security - all amazing! Unfortunately, i had the most horrible experience in the main restaurant, and I doubt I will ever be back to the property due to this. And Im sad that I still have to go there for next 2 days of my stay :( The issue was not the 45 minute wait for breakfast in the morning, but the attitude of the staff in the afternoon. I work from 3-6/7 from the restaurant, as I work USA hours… per front desk suggestion, as the hotel does not have any library or reception area to work at, the main restaurant seemed a good choice. Every day the employees treated me terribly, showed me to the worst table or never checked-in on me in 3 hours if I need anything - more hot water, or coffee or anything. They just told me it’s not a place to work on my laptop in a completely EMPTY restaurant during afternoon, as all guests were at the beach. Not a single time there were more than 3 tables occupied between 3 and 6/6:30 pm since Monday and they gave me hard time and were not welcoming. But yesterday was trully terrible. I had a reservation for 7:15 for dinner at the restaurant, and at 6:45, while I was on a very important sales call, Sava, the had waiter has rudely interrupted TWICE my conference call and asked me to leave. I told him twice I have a reservation for same table in 30 minutes, but he just wouldnt listen. Never was I treated this way, and had to ask for restaurant manager. But they didnt even offer us even a bottle of wine or dinner as an apology.. they just said “sorry”, and that restaurant staff was tired.. after being treated for 3 days with utmost disrespect. The waiters told me they do as their management is telling them. So if management is telling them to chase guest out and be rude, then something needs to change ASAP! this is not an excuse, and I hope that Sava, along with couple other rude colleagues will get a reprimand and hopefully not working at this restaurant much longer, as treating guests paying $600-$700/night this way for a week in an EMPTY restaurant is unacceptable.

This is not our first time at this beach. We remember much better service and behavior of staff. We made reservations for the sun beds at the Möet Beach as we usually did in the past. We communicated with Jelena who said it was busy but, there was one more place available so she reserved that for us. She said all other places were reserved for hotel guests and residence guests. Upon arriving there, we were given the very back row right beside the showers, where kids showering were splashing water towards us and the Stinky Garbage bin was right behind us. What really made us extremely disappointed was the fact that there were at least 20+ sun bed sets free and even though we mentioned to her that our place was not suitable to us because of shower splashing guests, she didn't even consider offering us to move, but instead sent a cabana boy to move our sun beds about a foot forward, which didn't make much of a difference. I don't feel that she tried her best to assist us and we were not even offered the complimentary drinks as stated on your site. I believe that if you put people in that 4th row right next to showers and Garbage cans, you Firstly cannot charge the same prices as that of the rows further up, and if you stated that there are complementary drinks and food, you should bring them up immediately when guests come and not make up some Stupid excuse that you didn't want us to get too stuffed with water from food and drinks. That is not your right to comment to us paying customers. I strongly believe that my last trip last year around the same time had far more superior quality of service and far more cooperative staff than this year. I paid much more and It was way more worth it. Now that you reduced the price your quality totally dropped and its a total shame. I don't plan to Ever come back. There are so many other places that offer better services for same money and more. Don't bother going there. Total waste of your money and time! If I were manager I would have a serious talk with staff and even consider laying off some!

The resort surely left a very pleasant impression. The location offers a great private spot with a view on Budva and an excellent beach. The seafront view villas have a very modern yet cozy layout and most importantly a terrific view. The service was of a really high quality. All waiters were very welcoming (special credit to Nenad). Important note, our stay was during the quarantine measures in place, which resulted in one beach (out of three) and one restaurant (out of three) open. This happened to be a rather unpleasant surprise upon arrival, as it was not mentioned anywhere on their website, nor was our travel agent informed. To resort's management, such MUST be explicitly stated at least on the resort's website. Nevertheless, our stay was not impacted by this as the resort excelled in everything it had to offer.
