The hotel is located just outside the old city and close to the boulevard with the restaurants. Rooms are ok, not too spacy, but you will only be there to sleep, right? Bathroom well equipped and spacious. Breakfast is good, car park next door (paid parking, make sure to pay upfront for a better rate!). It is a little bit the end of the little strip, so a little dark going further down. Close to the entrance of the old town, plenty of nice restaurants around.

Ivana is adorable. She was super sweet and so nice. When I had to change my booking to come a day earlier and leave a day earlier, she allowed this without penalty. She made me feel so welcome always chatting to me. This is a new hotel. Top location. Bars, restaurants, sightseeing, old town, supermarket, beaches and taxis on your doorstep as well as shopping. Stunning huge rooms. Spacious with a massive bathroom. Very clean. Loved the minimal decor. Fridge and mini bar. Fast wifi. Good air conditioning. Restaurant and bar in the hotel is good. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Set menu but lot's of options. I would stay here again. 4 instead of 5 rating, reason being that apart from Ivana, the other staff were not so nice. They can take example from her. The manager was rude. …

Boutique hotel in the heart of Budva which is convenient. Everything about my stay was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff, beautiful, clean, large, modern, comfortable rooms. My only warning would be to families with children as in the peak seasons the bar below is very busy and plays loud music until 1am. No swimming pool but the beach is only 200m away.
