Location is brilliant, right in front of the port, which is very comfortable if you planning any trips by boat. walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Room with ac + a little balcony. Bathroom is very small but ok if you are staying just a few days. The owner is very helpful and kind. We will definitely return.

Stayed here two nights.position is down by the marina which is really nice and the bars/ restaurants are much cheaper than the old town.the accommodation is basic, but clean and comfortable.we were met by the manager whi was quite helpful, but left us to sort ourselves out.for the price it's a good option.

We stayed at the Skver Apartments for the first 3 nights of our trip to Montenegro. We were met by the owner on arrival after we had negotiated the narrow old streets of Herceg Novi and he helped us to carry bags to the room, showed us the room and how everything worked and then came to the car park to show us where it was (although it is directly behind the building it is not the easiest to find first time). The rooms were large and clean with a large double bed, TV, air conditioning, fridge, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. The owner of the apartments seems to be a local entrepreneur and owns one of the very good (and expensive) local restaurants as well as a café and a bar on Zalo Beach. He was extremely helpful and even gave us 2 free cocktails at the beach bar which was a nice touch. The apartment is just off the waterfront but views of the water were restricted in our room. With the apartment lying within 50m of Zalo beach, where you have 2 complimentary sun beds and a parasol, this isn’t a major problem. The location is great and the apartment is very close to several recommended restaurants and bars and is within a 10 minute walk to the beautiful old city of Herceg Novi, which shouldn’t be missed. Some of the local area still suffers from the effects of the 1979 earthquake and the more recent wars with several derelict buildings awaiting re-development. This partially adds to the charm of the area but some may see it as detracting from the local beauty. I’m sure it won’t be long until these are brought back into use.…
